Exquisite hotel, fantastic three day and stay

Great hotel, nice and clean and very conveniently located.

There was nothing notable about it, I went for a convention. The staff treatment of guests at night time is deplorable, and all I get is a sorry out of it by morning.

It was decorated nicely. The phone in our room didn't work behind the headboard and the nightstand was at least 15 years of dust. Our lights went out cause a circuit blew the first day we were there. I called someone and went downstairs several times and four hours later somebody showed up I was there for a television convention, and the photo opportunities were outside in the tent that had air-conditioning running to it, but was not on. I became very ill and wound up, throwing up in the lobby from heat exhaustion. Room service was never right. The order was never right. The toilet was broken and couldn't flush. I had to lift the back of his tank and pull up the chain in order to flush the toilet.

Was there to attend the Supernatural Convention so they really could do no wrong.

Beautiful hotel a great place for a convention

Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast had limited choices and ends 9:30, I wish it stays little longer. No coffees shop on the premises. I wish there was microwave in room.

I had a late check in and staff was great.

Quick trip with no issues.

The lady from the front desk was so nice to me! Lobby was nice! The bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the shower and bathroom floor, and the room had a stale smell. And some weird stains on the shower wall.

Hotel was ok. Wish parking was included.

Additionally, the room did not include a microwave or a coffee maker, which are amenities many travelers have come to expect. Combined with the parking fee, it felt like several conveniences required extra payment, which affected the overall value of the stay. The staff was courteous, and the property was clean, but offering more complimentary amenities or being more transparent about additional charges would make for a better guest experience.

The staff was very helpful and upgraded our room because the system had been down. They put us on the top floor, but there was also a heat wave so heat was rising in the hotel so it wasn’t very cool so it was an ideal the upgrade we asked for a fan and the property did not have a fan for us on the second night of our stay there was a storm in New Jersey and the hotel completely lost power so we had to check out a day early and stay overnight with no electricity or cooling realize that is an act of God, but as much money as you pay for a hotel and to find comfort away from home, this was not an ideal situation for our trip

Friendly staff and clean facilities There was a storm and there was no way of them to have back up generators, they also didnt check on customers.
