Quick trip with no issues.

The lady from the front desk was so nice to me! Lobby was nice! The bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the shower and bathroom floor, and the room had a stale smell. And some weird stains on the shower wall.

Hotel was ok. Wish parking was included.

Additionally, the room did not include a microwave or a coffee maker, which are amenities many travelers have come to expect. Combined with the parking fee, it felt like several conveniences required extra payment, which affected the overall value of the stay. The staff was courteous, and the property was clean, but offering more complimentary amenities or being more transparent about additional charges would make for a better guest experience.

The staff was very helpful and upgraded our room because the system had been down. They put us on the top floor, but there was also a heat wave so heat was rising in the hotel so it wasn’t very cool so it was an ideal the upgrade we asked for a fan and the property did not have a fan for us on the second night of our stay there was a storm in New Jersey and the hotel completely lost power so we had to check out a day early and stay overnight with no electricity or cooling realize that is an act of God, but as much money as you pay for a hotel and to find comfort away from home, this was not an ideal situation for our trip

Friendly staff and clean facilities There was a storm and there was no way of them to have back up generators, they also didnt check on customers.

Great hotel with a fantastic Irish Pub. We were pleasantly surprised.

Air conditioning in the room didn't work. No other rooms available.

It was our second year staying at the hotel for the Salute to Cobra Kai convention. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the Pub restaurant was good and their staff extremely friendly. My only complaints are (which are the same for this time as well as last year) that it was extremely cold in the rooms where event took place. Last year we asked the front desk if they can raise the temp. They don't. This year many complained again about how cold it was. We were told it is up to the hotel engineers whether they want to adjust the temp or not. It just made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, the hotel in and of itself is nice.

I didn’t eat the breakfast There were ants all over the desk in the room and they got in my purse and my bags.

Nickel and diming for

I woke up with 8-12 bug bites on my face due to bed bugs in the bed. Absolutely disgusting & unacceptable.

Breakfast options were great. The restaurant on premises was good but the food could use a little more seasoning. Room was clean and airy. Will definitely stay there again.

I was told through booking.com my room was paid for and I didn't need to pay anymore when I got to the hotel I got dirty looks from the staff when I tried to stay during the convention because I have tattoos then they just kept telling me they needed more money and didn't explain why the lady was rude the whole staff had attitudes im assuming it was because of my tattoos there was no other reason for it.. I've never had an experience like this in my life.. so I got charged all this money for a room and never got to stay there it was a horrible experience never again
