Check in was terrible, had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to house. The floor in the room was filthy, will never go back and will let everyone know how bad it was

We lost power for about 13 hours, no air conditioning, no hot water, all the food in the fridge went bad, and no lights. Front desk staff on Saturday morning had a nasty attitude, and told me no one is forcing us to stay we can leave

This was the first time I was charged for a “self-parking fee.”

Everything Didn't like the lady sleeping at the desk on the clock when paying customers are asking for help

Room was clean staff was nice hallways smell horrible the mix from the different aromas of food combined with dog smells nd hallway trash is insane. Also saw a single mouse when exiting. Breakfast was ok not alot of non pork options during my visit but they did inform that they do sometimes offer non pork items

Room not very clean and smelly

I loved the location of this property. I was smack in the middle of the church. I was attending visiting my mom and shopping. The staff were wonderful and friendly. I put the air conditioner up to about 75 because I felt chilled and when I came back after a couple hours, the room smelt really dank like an old room that people used to smoke in. I sometimes put the air lower just because it made the air smell cleaner. I think they need to replace all the rugs.

Bfast is poor

At that time, there was only one receptionist on duty. He first guided me through troubleshooting the thermostat over the phone, but unfortunately the issue could not be resolved. He then personally came to the room to assist, but despite his efforts, the air conditioning still would not function. As a result, my family and I were left in an extremely uncomfortable situation. The room was unbearably hot, and we were sweating throughout the night while waiting for a solution. Eventually, we had to pack up our belongings and relocate to two separate rooms at approximately 2:30 a.m., causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our rest. The next morning, I attempted to speak with the manager regarding this matter. However, I was informed that the manager was not in today, and when I asked when the manager would be available, I was told that the manager had not been here for quite a while and the staff did not know when he will come. Given the circumstances and the substantial inconvenience we experienced, I emailed the general manager about the issue. Still not heard anything back after two weeks. Terrible!!!

Convenient location Pool water could have been warmer

Remove carpeting.. with vinyl planks would make it look cleaner!

Good place for a stay, especially if you need a kitchen. The property feels old and musty in places.

Close to where we needed to be and plenty of choices for eating. The staff were great and breakfast was, well it was hotel breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary.

Over experience was good. Awesome breakfast.

I loved it! The breakfast wasn’t my cup of tea but that didn’t bother me, I enjoyed my stay.

Easy acces to the room, great facilities
