No light. Foul pet odor. Cat urine stench in the room.

The staff member at the front desk was friendly, and I was grateful to have the option to arrive at the inn after midnight, but everything else about the experience was subpar. The entry area to check in was dirty and unkempt and I could see dozens of dead bugs in the case of the lights above us. When I got my key card, my husband went to check out the room without me and came back saying we would not be staying overnight. He returned the key to the front desk and we ended up calling a friend instead.

Room was disgusting not cleaned. Had dry urine on the floor with animal hair in it. The sheets had blood stains when asked her new ones they said we don’t have any clean house keeping left for the day. The patio door was broken didn’t close the lock was missing the patio railing was duct taped together. Smoke alarms sitting in the drawers. The air conditioner looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years or the filters. There was poop behind the bed and drug paraphernalia. There was prostitution going on at all hours you can tell by how they were dressed. I felt very unsafe in the room. Place was reported to the state, board of health and fire departments for investigation. This place needs to be closed down asap!

There was no breakfast though they advertise a free breakfast. When I commented about no breakfast the manager was rude and suggested I go somewhere else. Doubtless he would keep my money. The door handle fell off when I closed the door, no shower curtain, TV sound did not work correctly, only 1 pillow for the king sized bed, multiple poorly patched marks on the bathroom walls.

Feces in the building. Room was a mess. Dirty sheets.

I should have read the online reviews, but I trusted Expedia to not put me into a dump. That was a BIG mistake. The property was a pig sty, with split door jambs (apparently someone had kicked-in my room's bathroom door). I checked-in late at night, so I had no viable choice but to stay the one night. In the morning, while waiting on the phone for the Expedia Cust Svc rep, I Googled the reviews as I watched a bedbug skitter across the bed. The window drapery was only half on the rod, and it was held closed by tape. The bed had a blanket that didn't even cover the mattress. A neighboring room had to call 911 to get someone removed who had come into their room and passed out on the floor. I left there in the morning without even showering. While in the service, I stayed at some pretty sketchy places, but never anything as bad as this!!!

How they got my credit card information is beyond me. They refuse to give me any refund and no compensation.

No maintenance and very bad door locks

Nothing No breakfast. The place was very dirty and the light went off twice in the night. The TV and fridge were not working, and the place smells very bad. There was no garbage cans . The staff were not professional either. IThe place should be shut down.

Everything is a hassle starting from check in to check out..there was power cut, Air conditioner failure, no working wifi etc
