My husband has allergies to feathers and the hotel staff were very prompt at arriving at our room to remove the feather pillows and down comforter. The kitchen area was well appointed, the room was quiet, and the room darkening shades were a great asset.

Overall things were good. We enjoyed having access to the BBQ grills. Though they were not in the greatest shape--the temperature gauge was not working properly, there were not clear instructions on how to start the grill and one seemed to be out of propane. Breakfast was great! Loved the options--fresh juice, coffee, bacon or sausage, potatoes, eggs, French toast, pancakes, cereal. And staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Though I will say, the parking was funny but it all worked out in the end. This is my second time staying at this location and I will book here again.

Tucked away off of Route 10 and minutes away from food and shopping, Hyatt House is a quiet hotel with a beautiful pool, spacious rooms, and a dedicated staff. Heather checked us in and Erica checked us out. Both were incredibly kind and professional. Heather is remarkably attentive when it comes to guest's needs. Our room's cleanliness was absolutely stellar. With the small kitchen, dining room area, living area, separate bedroom, and large bathroom, my girlfriend and I could have lived there. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Bathroom didn’t close all the way. Nice to have breakfast. Breakfast was just ok. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way.

We booked months in advance but still had a rough check-in experience — our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived around 9pm. Once we got in, the room itself was nice and spacious, perfect for our group, though it had a musty smell. Breakfast was good overall, but unfortunately we found a hair in our food.
