Friendly helpful informative staff and literature. Generous pool opening times. Extreme convenience of pool to room. Everything really clean. Lots of attention to detail with the landscaping. Easy parking. Tasty breakfast especially the Aussie Bites! More available power outlets by the beds. More bedside tables.

The Saga had a 60's / 70's feel to it. When we arrived, there were cars from the 50's, 60's and 70's parked in the parking lot which was also very cool! The location has been used in movies and TV, as well as in ads. It has a great vibe to it. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. The pool was very clean and inviting. We very much enjoyed staying there and will book there again! Can't think of any negatives.

The bathroom sink drain was clogged (slow drain). Toilet tank refills very slowly. Needs some plumbing attention. Elevator was out of service.
