Property was clean and very modern. Beds were very comfortable would stay again

It’s really expensive for this price. 1-2 staff are quite rude. Short of staff too. Late check out at most 11:15am super not helpful. Carpark really not convenient and no lobby and no pick up drop off lobby area. Disappointed at this price.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was great. The swimming pool was the best❣️ No free breakfast or coffee in lobby. Nice bar in the gorgeous lobby. Limited bar menu for food, and coffee for sell. You will pay $32 a day to park in the parking garage. You do receive a $25 voucher to use at the bar for food or drink. Over all very nice, comfortable stay in downtown. I would stay here again, highly recommended.

On one occasion, I had dinner at the bar and my food was delivered but no cutlery. The bartender had to go and deliver a drink poolside so I went to ask the front desk if they knew where I might find a knife or a fork. They suggested I wait for the bartender. I waited another 10 minutes and then a fellow guest just reached over the bar and grabbed me a knife and fork. The bartender was lovely and friendly, but the front desk staff once again proved to be subpar. If I were the manager there, I would do a retraining of those employees.

Room was on the smaller side but bed comfy and large bathroom. Not great lighting for doing makeup. Pool was wonderful and the pool service was great with drinks and some really good hummus! Courtyard was cute and a lot of lounging areas throughout the lobby. Great vibe!

Great accommodations.

I loved that they fulfilled our request for adjoining rooms, no calling, just a simple request on Booking.com. The hotel is a historical building but the rooms have been updated to be modern and comfortable. The AC controls were easy to manipulate and the air was not loud. The pool area was very cute and the lobby area was well decorated and inviting. More loungers at the pool would have been nice. Especially since it was so hot!

I had a nice stay in this charming Hotel. The Room was well maintained and decorated. I always take a star away when a hotel charges junk fees (mandatory resort fees). Parking was $34/day to self park. The garage felt like it was 130 degrees and you were descending into hell. WOW it was hot.

The location was good. I didn’t book an accessible room but I got one. There’s only one chair in the room. The restaurant BBAD at the hotel outside the facility said they served from 7:30am to 4pm. I was then told at 10:15am that they close at 4pm. There’s no business at the hotel. There was no light or fan to turn on in bathroom, only outside the room. It was difficult to shave in the bathroom as the lighting was not near the mirror . I’ve booked a number of hotel rooms through you & it was simultaneously the most expensive and the worst! I would like a credit for a portion of the charge since it wasn’t worth more than $300/night. Without getting this credit , I’ll never book another hotel on your website again ! Lloyd Kern

I had a great stay! Front desk staff was super helpful, checked-in a smidge early. Room was in great shape. The room service food I ordered was fantastic; all the options looked good. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel!

Very small rooms with a very weird layout. The bathroom is literally not far from need and completely open. The toilet and shower are next to each other and have glass panels so you can see what the other person is doing. Way too expensive for what you get

Great location, super cute decor, clean rooms, comfy beds, love the pool vibe

Air conditioning in our room did not work, neither did TV. Hotel was accommodating-ish... they fixed the TV and gave us a fan with the promise that the air conditioning was being repaired. That wasn't exactly the case. Our first night was spent sweating in an 80+ degree room with windows that did not open. They moved us for night 2, but the air conditioning in that room wasn't much better. We left the thermostat on 62 degrees for 12 hours. It never made it under 75-80. Wish we had stayed elsewhere.
