Super clean. Exceptional customer service. Bedding & linens comfortable and high end. Common areas are so well curated you’ll want to hang out in every nook & cranny of the hotel. Location is great with local eateries, entertainment and shopping. If you you’re a light sleeper don't have a room by elevator (my only complaint).

Clean room and fun activity for guess

But the hotel is clean and beautiful. Pool area is a great area, even just to sit outside. Rooms are decorated a little funky compared to lobby and common area, but still nice. I would stay again.

Amazing! Book now and you won’t regret such a beautiful building and rooms were amazing. The pool was also lovely! Lots of space to relax and a full bar

I enjoyed staying at the Pasadena Hotel and Pool. We had a short stay for just one night before traveling north to Sacramento. The rooftop pool was nice, but we were sad to learn that poolside service ends at 4pm. The attendant was nice enough to place one last order for us, but we never received the food. The decor was nice, but I was shocked at how small the room was. We had a balcony pool view king and the toilet and shower were a bit too close to the bed for my taste. I would return again if traveling solo. This was just too close for me.

Hotel public areas were nice.

It’s weird bathroom is literally in the bedroom. Also I didn’t know dispensary aka week store was on bottom floor so my room smelled like weed
-
Great location and walking distamce to the convention center and tons of local resteraunts as well as entertainment.

Check in was a breeze! Rooms clean and a lot better than expected. Def coming back in the future

The hotel was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer

We didn’t have the best experience. We booked a premier room for our wedding anniversary (premier room cost extra). When we checked in they told us we had a king room and I asked several times if it was a premier room (we were very excited it looked beautiful online) the front desk woman said it’s “not a premier room but we upgraded you to a larger room”. No explanation as to why. We went to the room and it looked like a standard king room, did not look “upgraded”, colorful like the premier room, or larger and the window view was of a wall. My husband had to go back down and kindly ask for the room we paid for and they were pretty cold but moved us to a premier room. It was just odd they did that to begin with and were kind of rude about it. I thought it was odd that parking was $32 a night when we’re already paying so much for the hotel itself. Some positives are that the bartender / food staff was super nice and the property was beautiful.

My only critique would be that you can’t mirror from your phone or tablet to the tv, if you have a laptop you can use their hdmi cable, but otherwise, you’re out of luck.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pasadena Hotel during my visit for a film festival. The staff went above and beyond to help me, especially with marketing materials that arrived before I did. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always responsive and supportive. On the day of the festival, they even provided me with the information I needed to quickly collect additional posters. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my stay stress-free and memorable. Highly recommended!

The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable from the moment we checked in.
-
Tub in room was small and did not seal so we had to put a towel to fill it up. TV with no netflix or good movie channels
-
Different shower gels than the last time stayed. Not as good.
-
Everything was great, the room was very nice and comfortable. I didn't like the fact the the toilet didn’t hold much privacy. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay.
-
Room was attractive and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location was good.
-
Pool not heated. Otherwise quite nice!

It’s beautiful and well kept The breakfast was not good. Very mediocre given the price. We also had multiple awkward situations happen that could have been avoided. The most egregious is that the TV barely worked and unless you have an Android phone, you cannot do screen mirroring. The staff was nice, but they badly need better management.
