Pasadena Hotel & Pool

The pool patio and the small patio by the entrance are absolutely top! I love the decorations of the main hall. The room and bathroom were clean.

Location, pool, plenty of parking, comfortable bed The bathroom in the hotel room was open to the bedroom!! Just a small pane of frosted glass separated you from the room but it was wide open at the top and sides so there was no privacy whatsoever.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The lobby is very aesthetic. We asked for room service but they didn’t tidy up the room. The sink was clogged and no water was going down. They fixed this but not the best start.

The gym is lacking and could use some major upgrades but LA Fitness is walking distance away. If you get a King room with a soaker tub the tubs often have problems but they will usually come fix or move you.

Staff was horrible I stay for 3 days they ask if I want it house keeping for the 3 days I said yes they never when to clean i had no clean towels and toilet paper they never did the beds they ask for so much money and they can do the cleaning I had to go downstairs to ask for towels and toilet paper but everything else was amazing

second time staying in this hotel. nice location; quiet.

No microwave in room!! I had to pay for breakfast!!!!

Las instalaciones Front Desk Experience Our experience at the front desk was unfortunately very disappointing. The hotel itself is wonderful, but the way we were treated by the front desk staff made us question whether we would want to return. Unfriendly and Impatient Service The woman who assisted us was extremely impatient and seemed annoyed throughout the entire interaction. She repeatedly gave us unfriendly looks, sighed in frustration, and made us feel as though we were the problem. I am not completely fluent in English, so I asked three times if there was someone available who spoke Spanish. Each time, she insisted that there was no one available. I felt very uncomfortable because instead of trying to help us, she seemed frustrated that she had to communicate with someone who was not completely fluent in English. The $50 Authorization Issue We tried three different credit cards to pay the $50 authorization, but none of them worked. The entire time, we were made to feel as though the problem was with our cards or with us. Eventually, after becoming very frustrated, she called a bartender for assistance. He came over and explained that the machine itself was not working properly. We were then able to use another card successfully. The bartender was actually very kind and explained everything to us clearly. This made it even more obvious that the issue had not been our cards, but the machine. Second Interaction at the Front Desk Unfortunately, the situation happened again later. I went back to the front desk to ask for some plain water. As we approached the reception area, the same employee and some of her coworkers looked at us in a way that made us feel uncomfortable. She again had me repeat myself three times because she said she could not understand my English, and her attitude was once again very rude and impatient. Overall Impression The hotel itself is beautiful and wonderful, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

The late pool, restaurant on property, patio common area, hotel itself The bartender did not want to be there, which encouraged outside eating for better vibes, but it was hit/humid which was unpleasant. TOILET was in the room for the executive suite?! Just a piece of swinging glass to separate you from the toilet and your sleeping area. Tiny corner balcony. Disappointed in price for what was actually purchased

The only thing was the carpet was a bit sticky in places near the refrigerator/coffee station. Understandable as carpet shampooing after each guest would be a lot. Maybe putting down some tile or something in that area would alleviate the issue.

Excellent stay, great location, room was very cozy and clean. Lots of nice areas to relax, including a very nice pool area. All staff was very kind and helpful.
