Location

The staff was always positive, professional, personable, and accommodating. The rooms were large, comfortable, sunny, and spotless. A perfect location if you like to get out and do a little shopping or walk to Old Pasadena restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Location, excellent breakfast, and an exceptionally comfortable room. Room and bathroom was very clean and orderly, beds comfortable, and the room I chose exactly matched the room description photos. I would stay again if ever back in Pasadena. The only negative was daily parking costs but said costs are competitive for similar hotel properties. Always read small print when reserving hotels in dense urban areas.

We loved that it was so close to shops and dining. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and everything was clean!

Whenever my family and I are in California, this is the place we stay. It’s central to all our needs and in a wonderful part of town. I do wish the parking wasn’t so expensive but otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Room was very clean. Bed linens and pillows were soft and comfortable. Missing body lotion in the room and other small vanity things. Pool area was small but comfortable Chairs a little damaged and towels were not big enough to cover the chair which got extremely hot. Breakfast was included and amazing. Hot breakfast as well as cold options. All great. Yoghurt oatmeal fruit eggs tremendous and constantly replenished by attentive staff. Overall extremely good value for the price. Would definitely stay there again.

It is an excellent quality property that is close to all the places I need to visit while in Pasadena. I was last there in November and there was no question where I would stay when I needed to be back in Pasadena in July. It is my "go to" hotel while in that part of LA.
