Hyatt Place Pasadena

Have stayed here twice now. Will always choose this hotel in Pasadena.

Nice and comfortable hotel located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, with enough variety of options. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The outdoor pool was also a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. Easy and quick check in. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was great as well.

Clean room and generously sized. Area was good, breakfast was decent and exercise room was clean with good options. Parking a bit expensive though.

The only problem I experienced was when I tried to Chromecast Netflix to the TV from my iPad. At first the Chromecast device wasn't working, and a technician kindly spent about 15 minutes getting it to work. But then it turned out that Netflix deliberately prevents their ad-supported tier from casting to that particular TV. So that's not the hotel's fault, that's Netflix being petty and trying to pressure me to switch to a higher tier. And it in fact makes me *less* likely ever to switch, because that shows what kind of company they are. But the Hyatt Place was great. I'm very thankful for them!

320. There was noise upstairs until the early morning. I don’t know whether it was elevator traffic or the room directly above, but it was hard to sleep through it.

One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. The mall is right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!

One night stay in this beautiful hotel in Pasadena. Excellent location, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Great breakfast was included. The only downside: the charge for parking was on the high side. Don't understand why hotels don't just build in the parking charge in the overall room charge? That way they could offer "free" parking and I bet get more bookings.

One of the BEST hotels my family and I have stayed. Clean, amazing customer service (Luis front desk) top tier continental breakfast, very clean and modern. Definitely coming back here soon! Pool area is also the best. This hotel is highly recommend for families

Clean and friendly staff Parking a little pricey

The breakfast was awesome. First time seeing a setup that has an opening from the wall to the where the cooks can easily replace when main hot items are running low. The room was almost perfect except that it didn't had a microwave and closet light when opens. But that's it. I would stay again.
