Its clean, and there is free coffee

Staff was very helpful and friendly, very clean rooms.

However, I just needed a couple of nights and didn't expect 5 star treatment. It was a pleasant stay. A tad noisy. The front desk guys were very nice and helpful.

Room was great, recently remodeled. Great location and easy access to local restaurants and to the Hwy & train.

Bring flip flops. Spilled water, wiped it up with a white towel... which turned black. Told staff... they couldn't care less and asked me to give a good review.

Construction work being done at property should have been disclosed at time of check in online not after so I could have the choice to choose another place to stay the night because of none refundable money after check in.

I checked in on 07/25/26 my booking was until 07/27/26.. on 07/25 night time I got a heart attack while in the room, I called the 911 and was taken to hospital immediately.. I had to go through an urgent heart surgery.. then had to stay in icu until 07/28 night time I was discharged.. I called the hotel from the icu room on 07/26 morning and informed the hotel I am in the icu and won’t be able to return won’t stay the Sunday until Monday , please cancel my booking and store items in the office ..(I will collect them later) They did so and stored.. but once I got back from the hospital on 07/28 to the motel I booked another night stay directly with them ..staff member courteous helpful … Next day on 07/29 late morning, I made an extension of stay until 07/31 two days through Expedia.. I went to motel office to get my stay extended, I met the owner / manager guy he was talking to me and explained what happened and so on.. I requested him if he could refund one night , he told me they can’t do it I have to call directly Expedia.. So, on 07/29 after the discussion with the owner guy I called the Expedia and explained the situation.. agent spoke to office and staff refused to refund.. so then I went to motel office and spoke to staff member , explained his boss told me only Expedia can refund. You guys are refusing .. he spoke to his boss on phone, still his manager/owner refused ..

Other than the curtain is really too old, other aspects are good. The staff said they took over the hotel in April 2026 and are still undergo renovation.

Property dirty and cigarette butts everywhere. Room was only half renovated. I was there to attend a concert, I used the wash cloth to remove my make up. Was charged $30 for a hand towel that had makeup on it. They said they could not cleaning. Ladies, do not use their towels for makeup removal as they do not know how to wash or bleach their towels. It was just regular make up using micellar water to remove makeup.

The room was very dusty, especially the floors. A few towels and 1 pillow case had some stains on them.

The advertised breakfast was really just coffee -- but there is a whole foods across and down the street where a bagel, cream cheese and more was available.

over all everything was good.

The staff was super helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure that my day was excellent as always. I tend to visit Pasadena a lot, and I always choose to stay here.

The location is great for walking around downtown Pasadena They have come under new ownership and are doing renovation. They took out the pool, and there was no breakfast service as renovations were apparently going on.

Room nicely furnished, easy parking, Bathroom sink was stopped up - was repaired upon request. Several lightbulbs above the bed were not screwed in properly, electric outlet above desk did not work, black widow shade blocks all light, but if you raise it you have no privacy - should have transparent curtain in addition. Property is under some construction - swimming pool is filled with dirt - just ugly.
