Everyone was so nice and the location was great. Super clean rooms. Highly recommend!

Super friendly staff, clean rooms The noise was terrible. I requested a quiet room at the end of a hallway when booking and when checking in. I received a room 4 doors down from the elevator and 2 doors from the ice machine but the real issue was there is no insulation whatsoever in the walls and floors and sleeping in was impossible- it was like a herd of elephants doing zumba around and above us..so much it shook our actual room and the stomping was incessant.

Friendly Staff. New. Great location.

This hotel is the only hotel that cleans the room every other day. We booked two rooms and we were traveling with seniors and a kid. Came back to the hotel after a day trip and found that both rooms were not cleaned; rooms didnot have enough shampoo and conditioner. I called the front desk and the guy told me that it is ther hotel policy to clean the room every other day. We checked in on Saturday, rooms were not cleaned on Sunday, and would be cleaned by Monday. I don’t like that. I clean my dog’s room more often than this.

In my opinion, the best hotel in Old Pasadena. Practical, great interior design, and awesome rooftop.

Great facilities and clean. The beds are not comfortable

Was in premium room..5th floor. Nothing premium about the room. Believe there was a restaurant above me and for hours on end - it sounded like furniture being dragged and rearranged right above me. Not just once - but numerous times for hours on end during the evening. And it was LOUD. Front staffs lack of knowledge costs me additional money. I parked down the street in town garage to avoid the nightly valet fee. When checking in I ask front desk if there was a closer garage/parking lot that I could park in. Was told yes, and she pointed to lot just diagonally across the street. I asked if it was overnight and she said yes - I tell all my guest to park there. So I thought that was great. I walked all the way down to get my car out of the public garage (paid for getting it out early). I got a spot in the lot she told me too. Pulled up the parking app and paid even though it said it ended at 6PM. Went pack to hotel lobby and looked up this specific garage online and it said NO OVERNIGHT parking allowed. I then went to front desk and was like..what the heck..and she said OH - they must have just changed it. C'MON! I asked if they would comp by valet parking since she just cost me all this extra money and she no. I had to then get back into my car and drive all the back to the lot I had my car in originally.

The ambience was great and the hotel was very clean. The staff was really accommodating and the parking was very easy to navigate. It was a stress free and cry pleasant experience! There was a slight sent to the linens and I like my linen very unscented!

So I was not very pleased with the hotel.

The valet was great. The check-in was easy and the gentlemen in the breakfast area the next day was awesome. I apologize. I do not remember his name. I think it was Angelo, but he recommended a Spanish latte from across the street at Ursa and it was amazing! Before I left, he also gave me a to go package and wished my son well in his professional baseball journey! I will definitely stay here again!

The room was nice the only thing is the walls are thin and you can hear all of the noise upstairs and hallway
