The place felt brand new, really clean and customer service 10/10

I'm a Pasadena native, so it was nice to stay in a hotel that was in a familiar area.

Location Bed bugs bit me. Still suffering almost a week later Very expensive parking charge

The room service staff was terrible. I had to beg for daily linen service. Not a good look. Poor staffing.

Night two of our stay for my 40th birthday we were waken up at 7am by hotel workers striking.I have the footage recorded. They had large drums they were playing a a microphone. Ruined our sleep for my 40th. I called the property they said they would call me back but never did. The room was nice except for the outlets on the bed framing did not operate. The restaurant rooftop was another mess they gave us the wrong order and it took two hours.

Hotel is terrific. Great location. You can walk to everything you need! We will definitely stay here every time we’re in Pasadena!!!

A beautiful hotel in a great spot. The lobby is open air and a really chill place to hang out. There are tables and chairs outside as well as fire pits so you can just sit outside and enjoy. It's within walking distance of places to eat. If you're lucky you can sit outside and see the flocks of wild parrots flying overhead. We sat near the bar and enjoyed the outside seating. The bar was really our only downfall. The bartender took our drink order and then began talking with others and getting them drinks before doing ours. So there was a decent delay there and we ended up crunched for time and had barely enough time for one drink before walking to our dinner reservations. The drinks are pricey as well. We didn't check out the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast mimicked a European continental breakfast, but not as good. Valet is $50. If you park in the building next door I believe it was $20 overnight. Other than that most staff was really friendly, our room was very clean, including the floors. Too many hotels pass a Swiffer over the floor and call it good and you can feel how dirty it is walking barefoot. These floors were really clean. It's a new hotel so everything was modern. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was a bit firm for me but not uncomfortable. It was also very quiet and I slept very well there. The location is great and we would definitely stay there again. I feel the price was really good for where your staying and what you get.

Room smelled like a giant hamburger, said they were going to move us. Never heard anything back. Comped us breakfast, chose to go across street and eat. Ceiling had a giant water leak stain and mold spot in corner of room.

I read this hotel was recently renovated and it shows in the little details. I stayed in a 2 queen bed room which was clean, comfortable, and good quality. The staff was accommodating of all my requests and very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Parking wasn’t free but the parking lot across the street was plentiful and cheap for overnight, and very safe. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff were very good. There’s many restaurants to choose from in the area. But The mattress was too soft and the sink didn’t drain properly. The some kind of equipment noise in the room running all night. After this minor complains we like to stay again.
