AC Hotel Pasadena

Clean and modern hotel. Very comfortable beds.

I loved how clean the property was would def stay here again.

Beautiful. Great facilities.

You can still hear some, but it’s muted and makes humans and dogs feel safe and calm. (dogs and small child) The AC is quiet and efficient, beds are clean and comfortable! Staff is always very accommodating and sweet. Our only complaint is that the bedside lights and chargers never work.

Room was super clean, bed a little too soft, but comfortable and clean. Property well maintained. $50 for valet parking worth it.

Hotel was great, very clean, modern, and convenient for near by places. Would definitely recommend to stay here

I did not mark down my rating, but beware the only onsite parking is valet, at a cost of $50. There are two nearby parking garages (next door and across the street ($20/24 hrs). Additionally they have a nice buffet breakfast but it is $20./person.

Beautiful property! Was able to check in early. Staff was friendly, had food and drinks at the bar. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Pasadena-walkable to downtown

loved the property was awkward not having food services. no room service. Then restaurants around hotel very different.

Oh, and parking isn’t easy unless you pay the valet $50/day

Beautiful Old Town location across from Urth Cafe. Very upscale feel. Upscale breakfast but at extra cost. Rooms nicely appointed

When the hostess seated us she said we had 90 minutes no more. We should have left then. When we asked for cold beer (Modelo or Heineken) we were offered first a nasty “lager” that tasted like grapefruit juice gone bad, then a nasty apricot-flavored beer. They said they had nothing else cold. Food was salmone crudo (OK but in a watery sauce), tartufe fries (excellent) and a wagyu burger (OK). $225 all in. Won’t do that again. We left early the next morning.

Overall it was a pleasant experience from checking in to checking out.

AC Pasadena is newer so everything is still in good condition. The rooms are very clean. Lobby area is airy and they have fire pits around outside to sit and relax. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows weren't as comfortable as we had hoped. The feather pillows were too flat. If you stay on the 5th flr, you may need to ask where on the 5th flr because our room was right under the restaurant so there was some loud banging of large furniture, chairs, or heavy items being dropped on the floor. The noises were for a short time but it was startling and too loud. Hotel location is good. Self parking across the street worked out great for $8 for 24/hrs. You could pay for the parking garage or the valet but we didn't need it.

This is a great place to stay

Great location. Very nice room for area. Valet parking expensive but staff there is fantastic. Breakfast is lame. Downstairs bar is nice and open with good service.
