Beautiful Decor. Loved the Silent Movie setup! Friendly Staff.

Had to knock a star off this review. Was put in a handicap accessible room (maybe that’s what I booked, but maybe not?). Either way, the shower set up was the most impractical thing I’ve ever experienced. First, be prepared for your bum to become best friends with the shower curtain. Next, the placement of the shower head makes it impossible for water not to end up on the bathroom floor. Mind you, I understand the need to have the shower and bathroom floors level for wheelchair access. Nevertheless, you will never convince me that the way they set this up was best we can do as a society that has sent a man to the moon. Any way, the rest of my experience was positive. Would stay again, just not in a similar room.

The hotel is perfectly situated conveniently near Old Town, Pasadena and next to the Convention center. The pool and gym are great and the property is clean. My biggest complaint of this hotel was the location of our room. I selected a double queen suite with balcony for our trip to Pasadena and to celebrate our anniversary, only to discover our view from out balcony was 75% wall, 25% above the pool. I went to the front desk shortly after check-in to see about a different room and was told that they were booked up and couldn't move us. This was a big letdown for the two of us. We knew the trip wasn't about the stay in our hotel room, but with the thought of purchasing a room with a balcony so we could sit out on it in the evenings, this was a disappointment for our 5 night stay.

All good except when checking in Issue - where to charge as this was for a gift for my sister, but somehow my preparation to pay all fees was not honored - she had to pay out of pocket.

The room was cleaned and well maintained. I’ll stay there again. They serve breakfast and it’s affordable.

Very convenient to the convention center. The ice closet needs better signage. Took a while to find it on the backside of the elevator.

I’m local and did a 2 night staycation. Rooms are super clean, lobby staff so nice (only met them twice to pick up door dash orders bc), pool looked nice from my view of it. Only thing I missed was a way to refill my thermos with drinking water somehow and no free waters in the room which would have been nice. Great stay.

Easy parking. Walkable city. Very clean and quiet. Nice big room- had deluxe king room. Only con was the pool area is very small and every time we wanted to enjoy the pool there were no chairs remaining so we never got to enjoy it. Front staff were very nice. Air conditioning worked very well during the hot days.

Everything was wonderful. From the valet to the front desk to housekeeping, the staff was amazing. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Location was perfect making restaurants and shopping very convenient. Nothing negative about this property

Very central and convenient 1.5 days they couldn’t pür bottle of waters in the room and the lobby. I have asked the reason, the answer was about sourcing problem.

When I called downstairs to office I was told that there was nothing that could be done because everybody important had gone home and manager would compensate in the morning After a horrible night sleep I checked out early and manager Frank told me all he could do after a terrible stay was give me a free drink the next time i stay here I dont drink and i was told they would not help me because i booked through expedia and they lose money to that site Never will i return again Recommend Pasadena pool club
