Cool property.

Loved it. Great place. Very nostalgic

The AC in the bedroom worked very minimal. Very frustrating. It was running for hours and the room was barely cool. They have it locked in a cabinet so of course, cold air doesn’t enter the room. No AC in the elevators or hallways. Not a big deal but uncomfortable. Also found it ridiculous that I asked if there was a flower vase available and the answer was no and there was nothing done to even help rectify. There was also no housekeeping for the duration of my stay. That was a big disappointment as well.

This is a very nice hotel , comfy bed, and very nice atmosphere with cool objects around to look at . I especially loved the very old newspapers in the big book . The bar was cozy and pleasant . I would definitely return to this hotel.
-
Good hotel but the wifi was so bad!! & the water filter in the gym needs to be replaced it tasted bad and it said so too on the machine!!
-
TV difficulties and lack of trash bags for the trash cans. And thin walls

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom shower and the cooling was working properly. I also used the iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine, and the refrigerator, which all worked well. The internet in the room was working very well. Since I am a heavy coffee drinker, I also appreciated that my coffee in the room was replenished every day. They also left a bottle of water in my room each day. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was close to the conference center and other good cafes and restaurants. The only tiny issue, which is very specific to me maybe is that the hotel lobby didn't have a small area to use as an office space. Otherwise the hotel lobby already had a couple of sofas, seats, coffee tables.

The beds were pretty comfortable and the area is good for walking around. I paid extra for a patio and it was a glorified alleyway, do NOT believe the pictures and pay extra.
-
The staff The AC was too laud and I had to turn it off at night to sleep. The WiFi was also too slow.

Overall great experience.

The Hotel itself has a cool modern vibe and looks like it’s been remodeled recently. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was a little small but other than that, a great stay. We’ll definitely stay here again when in Pasadena!

You can go one block down and park for 15 . Poorly cleaned . There were stains on the pillows from previous guests. Some days room service never attended the room

Food and service were great

Clean newly remodeled hotel. Great bed, not too soft, self prepare coffee and fridge in the room. Loved the self pay snack shop by the lobby. Great selection of snacks and drinks. Beautiful pool and would have been a five star rating but we had problems getting someone to put the umbrellas up during the hot afternoons and they need to have a staff person pick up the pool area on a regular basis. I plan on returning when I am next in the Pasadena area.
-
Kind of felt like they didn’t finish cleaning the room. The bench by the bed was dirty with dark brown stains on it, there was water stains on the little table in the room, the bed had what seemed like dog hair in it which made me almost get pink eye when I woke up in the morning, It didn’t feel clean or worth the 300+$ I spent for the night.

This is my husband and I second time staying here and we are again so impressed with everything about this hotel. The rooms are clean, bed is beyond comfortable, the bar quirky and fun, front desk helpful, and the area in the city beautiful. This will remain as our staycation always.
-
Hotel is right beside the convention center. Lovely lobby. Good vibes. Room was comfy. Very convenient to Old Town restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
-
Evening room service was quite limited. We did not have a microwave in our room. Paid for a mobility assist room but the bathroom had a tub and not a walk-in shower. No one available to assist with luggage at all.

We highly recommend this. Hotel.
