Lovely hotel - great, clean room with all the usual amenities. Pool looked great although we didn’t get to use it. Parking was fine but I did wonder if there were other cheaper options in the surrounding area.

The hotel has a wonderful location and great facilities. However, the standalone air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy and disrupted the quiet compared to a central climate control system.

Central to everything in Pasadena. Parking wasn’t free.

Truly one of my favorite hotels! The only reason why I didn't stay there on my last business trip is because they were booked! I guess people are starting to find out just how nice this place is! The aesthetic is nice! The location is great! And the Lobster Quesdillas are absolutely delicious! Half the time, I think I stay there just so I can order them! This is always my first choice in hotels when I travel in for work. Can't wait for my next visit!

Grounds very clean. Room was clean. However, notice heavy layer of dust on light bulbs. No table lamp or other light for desk. Comfortable king size bed but pillow were poor. very soft with no structure. Front desk staff helpful. However, they did not schedule room for cleaning for second night. Hotel did comp us 25.00 for that. Close to old Pasadena -- good location. $36.00 per day parking fee.

The only issue I had was that it was really hot even with having the AC on in the room. It did feel a little bit warmer, but other than that, it is a very nice hotel.

The parking is good, room was clean, hotel was pretty nice. Only thing that was an issue was the a/c wasn’t working well. Tried calling front desk buy no one answered during the time.

The deluxe king size bed room was nice and spacious but the wall paper was pealing off and behind the TV the carpet looked dirty like water damage. Parking is $36 but $18 if you stay on 18 hours in the garage. The location is great but it’s close to Colorado Blvd.

It was in a great location, room was comfortable and quiet, It was very clean. I am not a fan of the extremely long hallways, it would be great if they would take out some of the very hot concrete courtyards and plant trees.
