- A half-full glass of cold beer left outside the room door. - A strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. We had to open the windows and spray our own perfume to make the room tolerable. - Only one large towel was provided, and it had hairs on it. - The body soap dispenser was empty. - The toilet paper was hanging into the garbage bin. I reported these issues to the front desk before we went out for dinner. When we returned, fresh towels had been delivered and the body soap dispenser had been refilled. The room also smelled better. However, when taking a shower, I noticed additional cleanliness and maintenance issues: - Several short hairs were still stuck to the shower wall. - The shower tiles were very dirty from someone else taking shower. - The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were dirty. - The hair dryer's cord was tangled and not properly secured. In addition, we found crumbs on the carpet in the room. Finally, early the following morning, guests in either the room above or below us were making loud noises that sounded like children bouncing balls. This disturbance lasted for several minutes.

Rooms were not the cleanest

One night stay for business; the check-in and check-out excellent. Staff was always available, if needed. The entire hotel was clean and well-appointed. Excellent location.

Great place to stay and close to the convention center

It was amazing

The room with failing AC was also very dusty and combined with heat, it was definitely less than ideal situation for vacation with family, plus, I did not find it thoughtful when one staff told me to pay extra to change rooms to get a working AC. The positives: the housekeeping staff who cleaned our dusty room with broken AC were thoughtful. The people at the restaurant were accommodating and the food was good. Two of the front desk staff helped us change to a room with working AC and that definitely helped. The manager also gave us some credit when I insisted.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The fitness center has a good range of equipment, with new treadmills and a variety of weights. The kids loved the pool, which was heated and a good size. Would definitely stay again!

Did no liked the waiting time.

The room-service breakfast was good. Arrived hot enough. Bed was comfy. Valet parking with car charging was very convenient. Staff was great. Chairs in the restaurant and room desk chair gave me backaches. TV hotel submenu had no info, just a QR code. No lighting I could control when I dragged a chair up to the window.
-
nice shower no carts for luggage self-park is just a public garage with no in/out it was loud- the room, could hear other people talking, fan went on and off all night the balcony overlooks 2 busy streets - not worth it

Location, reputation. Low water pressure, bedsheets needs to be a little softer.
-
The location was great! Quiet yet walking distance to just about anything you need. The room was very clean :)
-
The room was clean and comfortable. Food and coffee were available right downstairs. Valet parking was convenient, but a bit expensive. I would love to have the option of free parking. However, the valet parking attendants were very nice.

Excellent location, nice rooms, helpful staff, I will come back here!

The staff was very helpful. My in-room coffee maker did not work correctly, and they quickly replaced it.
-
They over booked. When I received my key I opened door and a guy was already occupying the room. Carpet through hallways were also dirty
-
All excellent especially the generous and kind valet staff, but I had difficulty getting room service--never did and went to restaurant to get take out which took a long time and when I go it was cold and not very good.
