The Westin Pasadena

Once you walk onto the property, everything looks fantastic. The issue is with the rooms. Our room was very dated, wallpaper falling off in the bathroom. The sink drain was letting off a foul stench. The window shades and covers could not be lifted or lowered from very long use. In my opinion, the room needs to be updated.

Maybe have the pool working properly in the summer, Disappointment. Other then that we love staying in your hotel. Very clean rooms staff was wonderful!

Hotel was clean, quiet and very nicely maintained! Only negative is that the pool was out of service, so that was the only disappointment. But would definitely stay here again.

The entire staff was amazing. The hostess at the restaurant was incredibly helpful when they were busy in the morning with my coffee order. She was devine and amazing. I wish I got her name.

Smallest hotel room I’ve had since I stayed in European budget hotel in 1982.

Perfect stay

Had an excellent stay starting with the valet, checking in and all the staff in between. The food and staff in the restaurant was outstanding. We will be back.

They failed to mention the pool was closed upon check in. We showed up with our suits on to find no pool and no one working on the pool. The bathroom has the worst lighting. The bed was uncomfortable. The rooms are very small. My husband made a purchase in their convenience store that was moldy. Two bath towels in the room. We had to shower and go out the night of check in and call for more towels for the next day. Definitely not a luxury hotel and $$&&& for a poor stay

Amazing food and amazing staff

Valet did a fabulous job communicating that I needed my car at 4am. Very satisfied with the service.

Multiple plumbing issues. Backed up shower drain, backed up sink and toilet that flushed continually on fist use. Staff were quick to resolve the issues, however, this is not what anyone would expect from the brand or for the price. $30 “destination fee” was a way to extract more money with zero benefit.

Bathrooms not as clean. Carpet torn, hair in bathrooms. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathtub was patched up. Lobby was nice clean, friendly staff.

Location , cleanliness , friendly staff ..Damian at check in Entire hotel air conditioning went off .. no notification .. had to find out by walking down to the front desk since no one answered the phones … no fans and no resolution except to check out at 9:40 pm at night with no offer of help finding a hotel … sad customer service

They stay at the Westin was very nice. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable, rooms well-appointed and comfortable. We will stay again in the future.
