Everything is perfect ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Exceptional

my room was spotless as were other areas of the hotel that I used; I must say, though, that the dark blue arm chairs in the lobby look very old and tired, which made me question their cleanliness

Very good stay thanks

Just one but it was important to us, the mattress was too uncomfortable because it was too soft for us.

Check in staff for our number two chevk in did a great job were courteous and helpful with suggestions.

Clean Pay parking

The room was cleaned regularly however the air conditioning didn’t properly work and amenities were not in proper shape .

Yay clean

I specifically selected this hotel because of the convenience of being close to the Rose Bowl for a concert we were attending. Unfortunately, as soon as I walked up to the check-in counter the hotel employee informed me that their computer system was having issues. He said there would be a 2 hour delay in being able to check me in to our 2 rooms. I was not happy about that! Thank goodness they were able to get my guests & I checked into our assigned rooms after I told them that checking in later was not an option. I really appreciated their effort in expediting a solution. They got us checked in right away.

the pool was still not open...it was thw same way last year when I stayed

I had a great stay and really enjoyed the area. I love the weather it was raining and the perfect get away for my boyfriend and I. I plan on staying here again soon.

When we got there to check in at 4:30 pm- they let us know our room was still not ready so the desk clerk looked for an out 10-15 mins. She was pleasant and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. The valet staff were awesome and so friendly. They took care of our car and honestly was the reason I gave my stay a 3 star.

BUT this time the pool was shut down. The room was shabby, floor was dirty. And although a week prior I had called and asked for a room with a view of the mountains, they stuck us in a tiny afterthought of a room with a view of a wall. I had reserved a room with a king bed but we got a queen bed. We won’t be staying here again. Way too expensive for what it was.

Exceptional

The room seemed clean til I pulled back the sheet. There was hair at the foot of the bed between sheets
