Pool was out of service in the middle of August, gave us passes to a pool at the Marriott blocks away and had to pay for parking which Westin refused to reimburse. Front desk was rude about it as well. Maid didn’t show up one of the days. Horrible experience!!!

Would have given 5 stars but the pool was closed and under construction. Bad timing for summer getaways.

There was a water leak in the restroom ceiling above the toilet. We had to callv the front desk, engineering had to come check out the leak, and we had to move ALL of our belongings to a new room at 10:30 PM after a very long day... No offer to help us move our bags, nothing - just a handoff of our new room keys and a very quiet, 'sorry'. On top of the water pressure being a trickle in the shower, the air conditioning being weak (during the hottest weekend in the area), and the bed being overly soft and lumpy, the property was just not up to what I would expect a Westin to be. Supee disappointed.

Very nice and helpful staff who were happy to give us fresh bottles of drinking water. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet on 11th floor. Privacy shade on window was missing, only had blackout shade. Bathroom sink water pressure is terrible, just a trickle. The thermostat didn't seem to cool the room even one degree, but we kept the fan setting on "high" which helped. Also someone in another room was vaping which we could smell through our ventilator. The furnishings are old, scratched up, and have definitely seen better days.

Hated the self parking. So far from elevator. Accommodations for pets is zero. No where to take them out. I asked for first floor and didn’t get it. Parking overpriced—gouging.

Overall the hotel was nice. Our AC wasn’t working in the room though which made it uncomfortable to go to sleep
