Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena/Old Town

Staff was friendly, room was large, perfect for working, resting, and the puppy loved having space for her nap. We also made use of their washing machines/dryer and the kitchen with full size refrigerator. It was a quiet room during the night without any humming appliances. Breakfast was classic SoCal with traditional hot items (eggs, oatmeal) and yogurt, granola. Easy to walk into old town and to the Gold Line stops.

This was our first time staying at this location and it was excellent. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, and the included breakfast was a bonus. We were so pleased that we plan on again returning. Thank you!!!

Room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom mirror had seen better days. Breakfast was pretty good! I liked the choices for the hot food bar: jalapeño cheddar soufflé bites, egg and Swiss on an English muffin, and the usual eggs and bacon.

The room was really comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was good and very pleased with the selection. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Always exceptional rooms and staff

Great deal in Old Pasadena. Went to see Guns-n-Roses at the Rose Bowl and walked back to the hotel. Very reasonable price for residence room with fridge, dishwasher, dishes and a small stove top. Morec than I needed but I'll definitely stay here on a longer stay in Pasadena. Staff was friendly and there is an on-site market with snacks, energy drinks, beer and wine. A nice exercise room and an outdoor pool with a gathering area.

The friendly helpful staff Nothing

Oh man, almost killed myself in the shower bathroom - the water went into the entire room... and didn't drain, was SO slippery. How is this a thing?! If you're going to have a shower room to promote accessibility, please please please provide proper drainage for the water. I shouldn't have to use all of our towels create a safe way to walk through the bathroom to get to the toilet. Sheesh!

It’s a beautiful clean place , close to old town pasadena , walking distance from St Andrew’s church

When we arrived we found that the air conditioning wasn't working. We were also told that there wasn't another suite available where the air conditioning was working that was ADA compliant, a necessity for our travel. After I initiated a conversation about resolving the problem I was told that parts had been ordered but were not expected for a couple of days. The parts didn't arrive before our departure after a six night stay. A small fan was brought up which did little to cool the suite. After another conversation, two portable units that had to be vented through the windows were brought up. While these cooled the living room and one bedroom, the other bedroom remained very warm. the following day a third unit was brought up. Two of the three units leaked, getting the carpet wet. Both of these units had t be replaced. These units were loud and because they vented out open windows brought all the street noise into our suite.

We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use it because the pool was extremely dirty and looked unsanitary. It was very disappointing, especially since the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.
