Courtyard by Marriott Pasadena/Old Town

Super clean

Clean room, sweet staff, amazing breakfast, & great bar. Will recommend to anybody visiting LA but doesn’t want to stay directly in LA.

I couldn’t believe this courtyard hotel did not offer anything Free for breakfast, I have been too many hotels in my life and they at least had free continental breakfast. Additionally, I could not believe that this hotel charged $40 a day for parking, to me that is totally unheard of. The location was great though, right in the middle of Pasadena and not far from the city of Los Angeles. I would probably not stay there again unless I was in a pinch.

Stayed at this hotel 2 this year and it is in DIRE NEED OF HUGH RENOVATIONS TO ROOMS..carpets are filthy, cracks in bathroom sinks, mold in bathrooms , stain on wallpaper..staff are very pleasant but hotel rooms are EXTREMELY WELL USED and not maintained

Everything was great!

The fridge has a disgusting liquid spilled, it was gross and smelled terribly. Staff was good and amicable at responding to clean it, but then the fridge stopped working, leading to my food to go bad.

Staff was very helpful, property was great.

It was in a good location. Bathroom are old and dirty. Needs updating. Pillow were terrible.

Word elevator situation. The elevators aren’t convenient to the rooms in the upper floors but having the marking garage directly enter into our floor was a big bonus. $40 for parking hurt though.

When I was at check in, it was a young lady helped me she’s mean I am not feeling like I got welcome to this hotel. She didn’t explain anything to me, first time in this hotel. Never going back to this hotel. Especially, the coffee machine, they didn’t clean up. Whoever the last customer used it, tea bag or coffee still inside coffee machine. The sofa bed is terrible, you guys definitely need to replace it, every single time you roll the sofa bed makes loud noise, plus the sofa bed all the cotton part are gone, basically we sleep over on the metal part. Bad really bad.

Hey, I rented a four night stay for the sweet price but then you add on the $40 parking a night that was the only flaw

When you walk in the hotel looks nice BUT BEWARE the photos do not match the rooms. The biggest issue was the carpet was DAMP.. absolutely disgusting, big wet spots as well. The bathroom shower had black mold and the ventilation system also had mold. I took photos to make sure I had evidence. Stay somewhere else, I couldn’t stay another night.

This hotel has a real "family owned" feel to it, I love everything about it!
