The shower curtain was fastened to one wall with non standard improvised mount, it didn't give me warm feelings

The staff was friendly. It was close to the location of my meeting. DIRTY!!! Holes in the towels. Very old and dated and just dirty.

We ended up refusing to stay but if there was anything to like about this property it would be that each room accessed the outside- and the front desk person was understanding of our refusal to stay. The list of problems with the property is almost endless- the location is bizarre because you have to drive to the back of a mall parking lot and find an access road that leads into the woods by an abandoned building and then you notice the run down filthy hotel. We decided to check out the room to see if there was any chance it didn’t reflect the terrible condition of the exterior- it was worse! We were trying to find the entrance and noticed a couple groups of people sitting on lawn chairs drinking and smoking in the parking lot. They closely watched us as we went to check in- the horror movie feeling set in “leave before it’s too late! “ The room was on the second floor above where one of the scary groups of people were hanging out- room was so run down, dirty and smelled of cigarettes, sewage and mold. The room was supposed to have a queen bed and a queen fold out couch- the fold out was a single chair filthy and stained so we locked up and left. The front desk person seemed to expect our departure. The lobby also had a motley looking crew of people lounging in it and the smell was awful. The exterior was even more rundown and filthy than we first thought. I would say this property should be leveled.

Reception was warm and caring. No problems with room or reservation. Excellent value. Good location next to highway. New lighting throughout grounds.

The room wasn't very clean; it met the minimum requirements for cleanliness. The faucet in the sink was really loose when going to use it, it almost fell off. We didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower the next morning and kept our shoes on the entire time. just not us to the standards that a hotel should be,

Place wasn't clean, no breakfast offered, didn't feel safe. Lock on the door didn't even work and neither did the TV.

Nothing It was unclean & not very well maintained

Front Desk was very nice.

Alarm started chirping at 2:45AM and did not stop; desk didn’t seem to care. The room was barely clean enough to stay in. Seems like no maintenance is being performed.

The bed and pillow were comfortable I never had the room cleaned, ran out of toilet paper, no refrigerator or microwave on my side of the suite. The ice machine was broken on the 2 and 3 floors. The walls need to be painted. It didn't seem like a suite. Fie 3 nights at a 120.00 pee night.

The pool was not clean at All
