Smell bad and the bed has bugs.

The lock on the door to my hallway was broken, I felt very unsecured. The ice machine was broken on my floor. The 1st floor ice area was messy. The breakfast didn't have any fruit or protein, only carbs! The decor looked very old and shabby. It was a place to sleep and that's about it.

Breakfast Smelly not well cleaned room.

Cons - Ran out of key breakfast items by 8:30 am. Bathroom tub faucet needs upgrade. Make TV easier to use (it's world Cup time!!).

It was cold in our room and I asked for additional pillows and blankets. The front desk only had one pillow that they could give me, what type of hotel does not have an extra blanket for people to use? It is ridiculous that this location is marked as "Great for families" on the Expedia website. That is totally incorrect and should not be listed as such on the website, total lie.

Close to the facility I was visiting. The hotel floors were extremely dirty. The room was damp and stuffy. The vending area to get ice was dark and very dirty. The refrigerator didn't work for 2 days and they were short on clean towels

Had availability. Alot of things. The hotel was old and needs renovation. Booked the king suit for $350 and didn't want to use the hot tub because it looked like i would catch something from it. The sofa looked very stained. The hallways smelled like marijuana which made me feel like we would get blamed for smoking and be charged a fee. The elevator felt unreliable. The pool wasnt clean and looked like algae was growing in it. Overall the stay wasnt great. Shouldn't be the cost that it is but I guess in this economy people feel they can inflate their prices without it making sense.

It was the perfect place to fit my family of 5. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Beds were comfy and the outside pool was amazing!

I'm not a breakfast eater There was a girl who threw snap pops in front of my door but the front desk was told the next morning and he said he would look at the camera.

Go somewhere else, the property isin need of repairs, the free breakfast tasted like it is old saved food. Ketchup made more tasty. The yogurt was the tasted the best.

Nothing about this hotel felt safe.

The customer service was okay. I liked nothing about my stay to be honest.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It was awful. The original room we received reeked of marijuana. So much so that it physically hurt our eyes. It’s was so Bad. Switched rooms and that one also reeked like marijuana. Rooms were dirty and falling apart. Nasty.
