The pool was not clean at All

The staff was very nice and understanding they were kind the rooms were perfect Nothing

I was confused because I had paid for two nights. I explained that I would retrieve my receipt and bring it to the front desk within a few minutes, simply asking for enough time to wake up and gather myself. Instead, she rudely told me I had five minutes and slammed the door. I immediately went to the front desk with my receipt. The clerk and manager were discussing the situation in an unpleasant and unprofessional manner. I showed them my receipt proving I had paid for two nights. The manager initially continued to question the situation but eventually said, “Let me look into it.” After checking his system, he realized the hotel had made the mistake and dismissed it as a “miscommunication.” When I pointed out that the error was on the hotel’s end, I was accused of having an “attitude.” I explained that I had worked a 14-hour shift the night before and had just fallen asleep when I was abruptly awakened. Despite this, neither employee offered an apology for the payment error, the manner in which I was awakened, entering my occupied room, or the way I was treated afterward. Instead, the focus was placed on criticizing my reaction to a situation caused by the hotel’s own mistake.

Disappointing

Quiet, air conditioning worked Being so far away from the main entrance. Warm hallways. Door left open entrance withe no screens to keep bugs out. No laundry service. I had small ants in my room.

Nothing Vomit on stairs, warped doors, unsafe for children or women with all the people outside drinking, no help finding room not even directions, mold and mildew in room not to mention when I inspected the mattress and it looks like bed bug eggs. You should be ASHAMED of the state of this facility.i had to leave IMMEDIATELY and STILL waiting on contact for a refund so now im filing fraudulent charges with my credit card company. And since you wanted me to do this survey, think ill contact BBB as well.

The staff is pleasant We had to change rooms, the 1st one smelled awful! We couldn't stay in there, smelled like damp mold. I requested a change and we were moved to the 2nd floor. Bathrooms are very small, rooms outdated.

Leaving Everything, toilet seat did not stay up fridge smelled horrible Tv did not function properly. You had to drive 2 miles to get there off the main road

Ddirty, old & unkempt, and not stocked well. There was no soap in the dispenser, no facial tissues, and no cups to drink from. The bathroom fixtures were rusty and very worn and dirty. Very difficult to turn off water in tub/shower and keep it off.

Issues with reservations - one member of the staff went above and beyond to correct the situation. Paid for 1 room online and room wasn't available. Hallways needed cleaned. Extra cleaning in the rooms needed
