Newly renovated rooms are amazing. Like living in a small apartment with full kitchen.

Very clean but we were there during a remodel so some things seemed chaotic. I think when the remodel is complete this will be wonderful. There was tons of shopping around and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Was remodeling and didn’t know until we got there. Breakfast waffle maker stopped working and our door in the bedroom came off the hinges. We had to tell them 3x to come fix it

The people remodeling the building are courteous. However, we would not return because the bathroom is NOT what we want. If you need sufficient space in the bathroom so that you can move around, do not reserve the king size bed studio. The commode/tub section of the bathroom is NOT meant for use by anyone who wants room to turn around, places to set things, a way to hang a towel and a robe, plus maybe some clothing to wear after the shower. And do NOT try to open the door when someone is on the commode. It hurts,

We were there when they were renovating. My kids wanted to go swimming and that is why we chose that hotel but the pool was closed. Which I wish they tell people that before they book. Our stay was overall okay. Nothing too amazing but nothing horrible.
-
We found out about renovations the day before arriving and it was already challenging to find area hotels. There was a lot of construction mess and debris. Pool was closed.

I didn't like the sewer was clogged

Elevator was full of burnt engine oil smell. Second issue was getting three insect bits on my lower leg overnight. Did informed clerk at checkout. Coffee at breakfast can be better.

room was 80 when we arrived & toilet wasn’t secured to wall and floor. When we arrived back toilet was okay/still 80. Mgr came and “fixed”. Up to 81 within 10 min. Moved us across street to Courtyard. Night staff good. A.m. staff rude.

The stay, was amazing. The first room that we chose was not to my approval. So I went and told front staff and they gave me a nicer room, the breakfast was not so good Though, but the stay and the comfortness was amazing. I will be back!

Breakfast was poor.

I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would receive a full refund and would not be charged. It has now been 12 days, and I have still not received any refund. Despite never staying in the original room, I was still charged. The next evening, after returning late at night from a state wrestling tournament with children, the general manager confronted us in a hostile and unprofessional manner. We were told we would not receive a refund and were threatened with removal from the property. We were also required to pay additional deposits. When I asked for documentation of a claimed inspection that supposedly found no issues, I was refused and accused of being untruthful. This experience involved a serious cleanliness issue, broken promises regarding refunds, and extremely poor customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
