Courtyard by Marriott Peoria

They are currently in the middle of a remodel so there is a bit of dust, but the staff is super friendly. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but still super close to everything.

The threshold on the bathroom door was making the door not able to close. This is supposedly a renovated room. and the door needs to be fixed!

Near many stores and restaurants Dirty carpets but it is under reconstruction. Towels were super thin and scratchy as were the tissues and toilet paper. It is right next to a very sketchy hotel as well.

The room was comfortable No notice the restaurant was closed. No breakfast available. Stuff tried twice to enter room due to misinformation. Tried once the forcibly tried again without knocking either time.

Under remodeling, only expensive Bistro with limited hours so no complimentary coffee.

Under remodeling. Expensive on-site bistro with limited hours. No morning coffee. Short-handed on staff as is the adjacent Marriott Residence Inn which is also undergoing remodeling.

the location seems kind of isolated; perhaps they are remodeling but it just seemed outdated and it wasn't very clean.

Great staff. They were able to help us work out a scheduling snafu.

The room we got initially we had problems with the entry key not working. What a pain to experience. Finally had to take a different room and not what we registered for.

Room was clean, staff was amazingly friendly!

Room in bad conditions , feisge does not work, no amenties no food, cleannig every 3 days ...dont like it

Property in poor condition. Rooms are aweful. Carpets filthy, dripping faucets, and horrible customer svc. Oh did i mention they add a $250 deposit with out telling you?

It was quiet, and mostly clean. The beds were ok. The desk clerk that checked me in. He wasn't personable, he was rude, he didn't have a name tag on.

The staff was really the best part of the stay. They were friendly. helpful, and very attentive. The rooms themselves were a little worn, but I understand they are undergoing renovations soon, so I am sure that will be addressed then.
