Breakfast was very good - many more choices than expected. Staff was very helpful. Parking was easy.

Good stay for the price however a random man tried entering my room at 1:07 am on 7/19 as I slept. My daughter just happened to be returning to the room and caught him messing with the lock and door handle. We let the front desk know as we were checking out. It was very hot that weekend and the elevator was not in service.

The room was very musty smelling. The carpet was stained. The furniture was torn. And the comforter was dirty.

I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast—it had plenty of options and was a great way to start the morning. The hotel was well maintained, and I appreciated how convenient the location was for getting around Peoria. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Our check in was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with places to sit and surfaces to lay out our luggage. The room was clean, but there was a musty smell, perhaps the carpet needed steam cleaning or the AC unit needed a new filter. The bed mattress was very soft, but even so we got a good night's sleep. Overall the hotel seems a little run down and in need of an "up-do". The breakfast was good but the coffee machine did not make good coffee. The breakfast attendant was helpful and responded quickly when notified of an issue. To sum up, we had a good two night stay and felt we got good value for the money.

This is a great place to stay. The staff really care about this place. It's very close to a nice restaurant. The hotel lost power for a few hours the first night we checked in. We were about to find somewhere else to stay and they even said we could get a refund. As soon as we went back into the hotel the lights came back on. We were thrilled to be able to spend three days here while visiting our family. The breakfast was so hot and fresh and well maintained. The coffee was great. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Our room was larger than expected so we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and professional. Nice breakfast. The Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot was delicious (but service was very slow). Easy to find location. Wed definitely stay here again.

A hotel that has seen better days, but it hit the minimums and was quite reasonably priced. Staff never hit our room during our stay; telephone did not work in our room after we arrived; internet was unsecured. Breakfast was as expected; room was clean; no real complaints.

A good place to stay for the lower cost. Landscape outside is lacking. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

We had an extremely loud person in the room next to us. It would help if the building could enforce quiet hours.

The food was not good, the coffee was like water, the tv went in and out, I don’t think we will stay there again

The hallways smelled horrible. Our bedding had stains and one of the blankets was ripped. During checkout the next day, no one was working at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes and called Comfort Suites customer service because I did not want a charge for late checkout. The representative tried calling the hotel and no answer.

Everything was good, except the cushions in the rooms (we had friends stay in another room and it was the same) were all ripped up and looked really tacky. They should really be replaced.

The room was large. The shower drain didn’t drain well so it pooled up. Furniture in the room was tearing and torn up. Overall a clean budget hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. I love the atmosphere and the beds were very comfortable.
