Not very clean and the traffic in and out of the place all night with people always talking outside my room. Do not recommend

Yes, one night my toilet didn't work and for two night no hot water with pre booking and inconvenienced me. Due to their mishaps , it would have cost more to get a hotel later than it would have been for them to just accommodate me.

The room was in excellent condition. Actually better than expected

No Breakfast! Location was sketchy to say the least. Stolen stuff outside everyday. The place smelled bad, had roaches crawling across the floor, stains on the bed covers and I didnt even open the covers so who knows there. Stains on the ceiling as well as peep holes. Doors dont lock very well. Everything about this place was bad. The peep holes in the ceiling, the stains everywhere, the lack of care by the staff. The smell from some of the units was horrific! Roaches and probably bed bugs too!

Very courteous and privacy respectful. Rooms are nice and sleep was great.

I booked an accessible room with a tub… I got the tub but I’ve never had an accessible room be on the second floor with NO elevator.

i was not in the room no longer them 10 minutes, i have RSV and can not sleep in that room

It was close to your dr appointment Well didn't have a shower chair for someone the is handicap Had dresser drawer that would not stay closed Need more trash bags for the room

We had a very nice stay

Room smelled like someone had just smoked also the Room was clean except the floor felt like it had oil on it. Sink was slow to drain out. Other than that the room wax ok.

The room door leads to the outside, instead of a inside hallway There was another resident that made me feel very much uneasy and uncomfortable and I tried to change rooms, but that options was unavailable so I had to pack up and leave at 5am because I was too uncomfortable and I was too scared to stay. Which I love 1 hour away from the motel-facility ! I couldn’t chance my safety or security for myself and had no other options! Lost out on money and sleep!

Clean unit. No issues. Park car near room. Near highway

Carpet was sticky. Holes in my blanket.

Parking was lacking. Mattress was on the hard side.

There was all kinds of people outside.They looked sketchy.Drug use in the parking lot did not feel safe.People sitting in their cars that did not stay there

Easy to find and booking went right through. Room was modestly clean and bed was comfortable.
