The pool was locked the entire time. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Price is good.

Disappointing

It was quiet and clean. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was good! There was no working ice machine, and no ice available.

The facilities were good. We did have to wait on staff twice at the front desk to come and see us.

Everything Nothing

It was conveniently located. It was clean The property is old. The furniture is really old. They had open rooms that were being remodeled, but not a complete remodel. The bathtub did not drain. The wood trim in the bathroom had been destroyed by what looked like a dog that was locked in there.

Room smelled like air freshener over old cigarette smoke. Many light bulbs not functional. All remaining lights used cheap LED bulbs with thin, cold weak output. No milk for lukewarm morning coffee available. Breakfast bar so sparce it should not have been listed as a perk. Clearly local owner has deferred maintenance and cut expenses to the point where the experience is less than even the discount hotel that was expected. Does this hotel meet the national Quality Inn & Suites standards?

Good customer service & everything I needed for a short stay. WiFi was a bit unreliable. Could have been a temporary issue though.

We had an accessibility room on the first floor with a comfy bed, mini fridge, and microwave. Everything was clean. It had a tub in the bathroom, but there was a shower chair to use in it. I appreciated having scrambled eggs at breakfast, as well as, sausage gravy and biscuits. The room seemed a little small and there was carpeting on the floor which might be a problem for someone in a wheelchair.
