Extended Stay America Select Suites - Peoria - North

Nothing fancy but extremely clean and quiet. In fact, among the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Should provide the bare necessities in the kitchen instead of trying to sell them to us at check-in.

Carpets severely stained, very insufficient kitchenette, damaged outlet over sink.

This time I had roaches everywhere in my room

The location was close to downtown and getting on and off the highway was convenient. The exterior of the hotel was maintained but the interior was outdated. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled musty and at times was unbearable to breath. The front desk only operates until 10 pm and there is nobody there to help physically after 10 pm. I was promised a roll out bed and never received it. They do have a customer service phone to call if you need to check in after 10 pm. I booked online at Booking.com and did get a good deal but I still don't think it was worth the rate I paid. The good part was we were there just for a overnight stay and checked out early the next morning. I would not recommend this hotel.

Facet leaking, dresser broken drawers and stains and carpet stained.

There was no ice machine and you had to buy everything no complementary breakfast but I understand it’s an extended stay

Breakfast!?! What breakfast? There were no silver ware in rooms, no hand towels

First room toilet did not flush so we had to change rooms after we moved everything in second room cannot adjust water temperature for shower or sinks entire room smelled like mold and wind. Showering the whole entire floor get soaking wet. I don’t know if the tub had a leak, but every time we showered, we had to take a mop and dry the floors off and bring in a personal fan to keep air circulation in the bathroom and then the little girl I guess Woman at the front desk with the hair bonnet on had poor customer service all around the board entire state was terrible. 100%.

Bed and shower was great, did not realize there is no coffee maker or coffee provided in the room, kitchenettes very old. Were a few little bugs, none of the kind to worry about.

This hotel was so clean and aromatic. I would recommend and stay again when as needed. It is 5 minutes from my job site. There was absolutely nothing to hate, in my opinion.

No hand towels No fan in bathroom

The right location for where I needed to be. Cockroaches! Most of the Extended Stay Suites I stayed at lately have them. Need to do a floor by floor bomb, thorough cleaning and more regular spraying.

Traveling with food allergies is not ordinary or fun. This place is not your ordinary hotel either. The kitchen with the full sized fridge was a blessing! The room was comfortable. It was safe. It had what we needed. The staff was really great. They were very helpful and friendly.

We only stayed 1 night ! But was a great place to stay staff was awesome

Mattress Wasn’t Comfortable and Doesn’t Supply Enough Towels

The refrigerator had black stuff at the bottom it was not very clean. Room service was not provided therefore our sheets were not changed the entire 10 days we were there our garbage was not emptied nor was our floors vacuumed. The only way we were able to get fresh towels were if we paid $1.75 per day since we were not enrolled in what they say room service program. We will not stay at this Extended Stay in Peoria Illinois again.
