Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was jerky and warm, you can tell they spray for bugs but they fail to clean up the dead ones. Breakfast was waffles. But I did see a roach so we went to McDonald’s instead. No signs of bed bugs but could definitely work on the cleaning side of rooms. Washed everything we took when we got home to be safe .

I’m highly upset!!! I stayed there for over a month and I haven’t received my deposit!!! The manager keeps saying that he refunded my deposit on May 31st ….. well it’s June 19th and still haven’t received!!! I will not STAY there again!!!!

Nothing Everything

Horrible and the staff attitudes are horrible! First off this is not the name of the hotel nomore, there was bugs and they kept my deposit cause they said I booked only for me yet my booking had my children on there

Check-in took forever, other entrance key reader didn’t work, and there was limited option for breakfast (no milk for cereal despite having cereal out).

The property was very clean. I don’t know how long this hotel has been open because it looked somewhat new. The staff is very nice and helpful and no noise to complain about during my stay. It’s close to the mall and other businesses in the area. The only issue I had while staying here was that the shower in my room only had hot water. There was no way to get the water to a decent enough temperature. I couldn’t take a proper shower because the water was so hot. Other than that I would stay here again but honestly it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The staff is wonderful, The place is so clean. Housekeeper comes Everyday, my stay here is wonderful

No towels in room, sheets smelled of urine, took for ever to check in, took forever to get copy of bill. Never again

We got there there was people right outside the door drinking. Took forever to get checked in. Also there is $100 deposit you have to pay when you get there even though the room was paid for online. There was a cockroach in our room. Door jam looked like the door was kicked in at one point. A big gap at the bottom of our door. Also window was shut but had a gap with a breeze.

No problem! Easy check in and friendly staff.

We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. They hadto bring a chair for us.noticed room cold found a window open .there was only one partial roll toilet paper no extra one.again had to ask for another roll there was only 6 cars in parking lot so could of switched us rooms but didnt the indoor pool was closed early every evening..

They also charge a $100 deposit which is not stated on the site you don't find out about it until you've checked in already if you ise a card you won't get it back for 5 to 7 businesses days which sucks. Other than that it was alright.

Dirty, lights not working, curtains hanging off rods. Place should be condemned. Shocked that any travel partner has this place as an option

Very old, paint chipping off the walls. Shower rods rusty windows in the room did NOT lock. Microwave barely worked.

Area is very nice and clean personal was very friendly

Room was nice. However, lights or outlets didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work neither. There were other guests that were running the hall and slamming doors between 12-2am. Other than that the room it set was nice

The price was nice. It was very unclean. There were stains all over the bed and a bunch of hair in the sheets like it wasn’t even washed.

Roaches in bath room.
