The only thing I was missing was a microwave and fridge in my room

There should be more housekeeping than there is. Also , the breakfast is not top tier..

Aside from the fact that the bathrooms were poorly constructed, there was an intense smell of tobacco and marijuana in both rooms I used. Additionally, I found a cockroach crawling across the floor when I woke up to use the bathroom.

Clean. No microwave no fridge no hot breakfast

The first night that we were there, the loud party across the hall kept us awake until 3 AM. The staff knew about the noise and did nothing. The following morning we were woke at 7 AM by a huge dog barking nonstop. Again the staff did nothing. The bed sheets were washed but still stained. We come to Peoria multiple times a year. We won't ever be coming back to this place.

This hotel was a disappointment. Property needs work and upgrades. Room was not clean. Killed a roach on the wall. Toilet was not bolted down. Toilet paper holder broken so the paper just fell on the floor. Gross

The overall motel looked clean but the doors to our room looked like you could just burst through . In fact after looking my husband felt someone had broke into it at one time. Old , thin doors and needs an update.

This property is under restoration. Therefore there is construction work and debris. They are actively working to fix issues on the property. Helpful to the MAX.

This hotel is horrible.. the room they gave me had a musty smell, the bed pillow had blood on them, refrigerator, microwave didn’t work. The faucet and shower runs only cold water. Cockroaches were in the bathroom. The internet didn’t work.

Roaches scurried in the ice machine and on the floor of my room.

We stayed in this room for four nights. When you first get off the elevator and start down the hall, you could clearly tell people were smoking in the rooms; it smelled so bad. When we got to our room, the door was hard to open, and only half the lights worked. There were holes all over the walls, and the carpets were dirty. Then, at dark, when we got back to our room and turned on the light, there were cockroaches. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The description said city view, but we had a view of trees. The only good thing was that the front desk worker was a very nice gentleman. When asked for a refund for the 2 nights we had left they only offered $29 total

Nothing, I choose king size bed,with refrigerator and microwave like the picture on their webpage and end up with nothing like it was shown. First thing give the room the I asked, AC I don't know didn't heat up the whole room after 4 hours, desk chair completely disgusting,lights in the room not working completely, sheets dirty.no room fridge or microwave. Thank God I had to go business training was cancelled. Tried to cancel my stay,turn in the room key but the hotel can give me my money back or cancelled my stay because of booking.com. Tried to do it through booking.com and there was no way to do so. In short i lost money can get it back so yeah this is a massive horseshit.
