The hotel was temporarily closed, and I was not notified so when I showed up to check in, it was locked, and there was no one there to assist. However, they took my money and I did not stay there. Luckily, I was able to find another hotel.
-
It's closed,no one alerted me from the hotel or expedia.

The only thing I can review is the check-in process which failed miserably. They were supposed to send me an email with instructions on how to access the property with a PIN number to get inside. I never received it and there was no way to contact them as no one would answer their phone number. Expedia tried to help but they couldn't contact them either. Expedia now lists the property as not taking reservations. We ended up having to stay at another hotel and now cannot get a refund.

No staff, no access, no assistance
-
I cannot speak to the cleanliness or anything because we were never able to check in. We never received any emails about the contact less check in instructions and had to call the phone number on the wall in the hotel. When we did this we received no help other than to "contact expedia " which doesnt make sense since expedia wouldnt have sent us the check in instructions. Expedia only sent us an email saying "the hotel has emailed you instructions " which they never did. Ultimately we emded up leaving and staying somewhere else

There was not a single person present at the hotel to assist me. I made my reservation over a week in advance, I arrived and had to spend 1.5 Hrs on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why I could not check-in to my room. I was told by customer service that I needed to download an app and register with the hotel from an email that I never received. After downloading the app, I still could not check-in because my confirmation number was not valid or registering with the hotels website or app. I demand a refund for the amount I was charged.

You never answered me too give me a code to get in so I ended up changing all my plans because you didn't answer the phone or respond any message I left it was a terrible service and affected my plans because of this.

I, like at least a dozen other men, booked a room at the Queen on Valentine’s Day. We did not
-
We couldn’t even get access to our room. We booked through hotels.com and they’re claiming they can’t even contact this hotel. Feels like a scam to me.
-
The room was spacious and clean with many amenities. But the handle on the bathroom was broken

I had a reservation for 3 nights Friday through Sunday. Received a notice on Saturday at 1:00 that my reservation was canceled and I needed to clear my room. An issue between Sonder and Marriott. Ruined my plans for Saturday due to trying to find another hotel to stay. I deserve to get my money back for the Sunday night.

They went out of business. No one told us. Had to find a place in the last minute. We late to our show and had to pay more money on the hotel and parking for the show. Our original hotel was walking distance to the show. Also did not get any help from customers service. This was an awful time. Definitely ruined the night I have planned.

My room was spacious, safe, clean, and thoughtfully appointed with nice touches like a mini-fridge and a streaming-ready TV. The bed was comfortable, and the décor struck a nice balance between modern and cozy. The building itself is well maintained, with great public areas. Check-in was smooth thanks to the digital access system, and while the hotel operates in a more self-service style (no huge traditional front desk), I found it convenient and efficient. Parking on the street was free on Sunday. We strolled through the Vintage shops and bought a Halloween outfit. Found a great Delli (recommended by a Vintage shop owner) for breakfast on Monday and a cigar store too. Sunday evening we walked to Front Street for a dinner party. The next day we walked to South Street and spent time at the Magic Garden. Consruction noice occured on Monday morning. Thus the ear plugs, in our room. This hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for a modern, stylish boutique stay in an interesting neighborhood of Philadelphia, and you don’t require a full-service luxury experience or large rooms. It might be less ideal if you need lots of in-person service, heavy sound insulation (for light sleepers), or convenient parking built-in. construction noise

Dangerous unpredictable person under the influence yelling and crying in the hallways for hours with no one coming to help. Sheets were too small and came up on the edges, faucets poorly installed, tv volume didn’t work.
-
A little noisy at times but the stay was great overall and at a great price
-
very modern and clean room
-

The bathroom was super clean. Very good shower. Great neighborhood close to restaurants and amazing pizzerias.
