Motel 6 Phoenix, AZ – Sky Harbor

The AC broke on me. I went to go ask to get switched rooms but they were doing some type of audit. I came back two hours later and they said they couldn’t give me another room because it’s I would’ve had to come earlier so I paid for a room with no AC in Arizona.

Good location close to airport

It's a pretty decent motel, I sleep well here , staff is very friendly , security has a power trip going on,one of them anyways. Rooms a like a one bedroom apt with two big beds in the e room even has a balcony. Nice an quit at nite . I like that . Anyways I been here almost 2 weeks already after loosing my apt, but it's cool here , no body bothers you everyone minds their business, friendly people . I like it here so far. Good nite..... The first nite security was on a power trip , only part i didn't like

the rooms are spacious ........ the environment is smelling.

Hot very Hot !AC didn’t work for a week and when they fixed it …still was hot. The pool is dirty No One cleans it , side ealk

Staff was amazing I never got my deposit back and was ignored

The Location: Being Close To A lot Of Places, How They Had A Elevator To Skip Walking Up The Stairs With All Of Our Stuff. The Lack Of Cleanliness In Room, The Outlets That Didn’t Work, The Stain & Pet Hair On Couches, The Restroom Door Not Being Able To Close.

It was stuffy in the room and heard kids banging next door to us but other than that I had a great time staying here

Staff in reception very helpful, huge TV above expectations and lots of channels Carpet was filthy , not been redecorated in ages needs new owner to invest

They canceled my room because of my arrival time with out calling me, arrived to the property and they told me they canceled my reservation. They said they could rebook my reservation for a higher cost then what I was going to pay, plus also my a early check in fee as well I was very upset so I left and drove back home. Very upset about the whole stay and was not happy.

Mean front desk besides the lady that check us in Mean staff

The front office person last night was amazing she answered the phone in a timely manner. She had an answer to my question and was very helpful. I would ask that she provided more details on the information given. But other than that it was great I'm very pleased and proud of your Crew thanks

I honestly did not like a single thing about this motel. Even before checking in, my experience was horrible. I arrived about 20 minutes before check in time and I was met with a line all the way outside the doors. When It was finally my turn, I was greeted with a very rude front desk employee. He asked me to write a review and give him a good review before I even checked in. He told me where my room was at, and to use the elevator. When I got to the elevator it was out of order. Once I climbed the 3 flights of stairs to get to my room, the smell of urine and mold was horrible as soon as I opened the door. The carpets were filthy, and there was no shower curtain in the restroom. The sink was clogged and there was dog food in the closet. The bed sheets were visibly dirty. It was a horrible, horrible experience.
