Jacey qas amazing but unfortunately if I could give the place a negative star I would the room were disgusting blood on walls urine smell foreign objects on bed shower dirty. Unfortunately this what I picked from a late flight in.

Sketchy neighborhood and homeless and addicts sneaking in and seems security did care.

AC not working properly 85 degrees in room. Spoke with maintenance he said it doesn’t get better. So the hotel needs new Ac unit. One of the clerks said there was swamp coolers in the hotel no AC.

The room keys only worked some of the time. I got home from a concert late and had to ask the (kind and hepful) man up front for a new room key 2 or 3 times. After the third time the light turned red on me, I got frustrated, pounded the door, shook the handle... and *then* the light turned green. I could not get this success to repeat, and so I was just glad I'd be leaving the next morning, and wouldn't need to ask for a 4th room key.

The AC broke on me. I went to go ask to get switched rooms but they were doing some type of audit. I came back two hours later and they said they couldn’t give me another room because it’s I would’ve had to come earlier so I paid for a room with no AC in Arizona.

The Location: Being Close To A lot Of Places, How They Had A Elevator To Skip Walking Up The Stairs With All Of Our Stuff. The Lack Of Cleanliness In Room, The Outlets That Didn’t Work, The Stain & Pet Hair On Couches, The Restroom Door Not Being Able To Close.
