Staybridge Suites Phoenix - Biltmore Area by IHG

The bad: the fan in my AC made a horrible noise and it was difficult to get them to fix it (and they came into my room when I asked them not to so I could shower for a meeting…super uncomfortable), this location is right along the highway and it is SO loud. Definitely not somewhere I will regularly stay. Fine for a night but I wouldn’t do this one again.

It was near the phoenix children’s hospital. The room had torn cushions and the corners of the floor were dirty. Not clean.

The Staybridge Suites hotel in midtown Phoenix is top-tier. The King size suite is about the size of a small apartment with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Everything was in excellent shape, clean and tidy. It was a pleasant surprise to have a nice breakfast of scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, sausage and yogurt. The staff is very welcoming.

This is our to go Hotel every time our son has an appointment at Phoenix Children Hospital.

Drapes that blocked light would not open and had been fixed in place. Sheer drapes allowed car headlines into room as room window faced parking.

furniture in room was soiled , vinyl covering on chair worn in spots completely through. When I requested getting a different room , I was told that all the rooms were in same condition - management is working on it . When we checked out of room , we never received the $100 security fee back and was told that to get it returned that we had to go you . This place was disgusting , but we are old and had travelled a long distance for my wife to see urologist and did not have enough time to search for another hotel .
