Studio 6 Phoenix, Az – Sky Harbor

Nothing The traffic and the unclean beds.

Superb

Parking is minimal but safe. Clean rooms although it smells like stale smoke.

I don’t recommend using this hotel. The facility is bad and super dirty. The elevator that was close to the room was not working. Customer service was good but I got a nonsmoking room the smell of cigarettes was so bad throughout all of the facility. There is also a lot of people smoking weed out side the rooms. My family was not happy to stay there, we have problems with breathing near smokers.

The carpet it sticky, my son was running around barefoot for not even 30 minutes and his feet were black. The pictures online are a catfish. There are sketchy people everywhere and the complex reeks of cigarettes and weed. The water took forever to get hot and the air conditioner doesn't work. My whole stay we were sweating. Above the beds on the ceiling there was spider webs. All the furniture is outdated and lots of homeless roaming the property. Staff was nice though.

Everything was horrible 😢 since we got in parking lot there's a lot of activy going around 24hr yhe rooms smelled horrible and the ac was humid not working was sh

I was checked in to a room that had people in room who were not guest they had somehow gotten in the room. Front desk moved me into a new room. Then in the new room was not clean. Spots of blood and had bugs. We right away complained again and I asked for a refund that would take 3-5 days to go back on my card. We had to drive back home and not stay. Worse hotel ever.

This was a nice large suite which accommodated 4 of us pretty well. It was only a marginally maintained property. Not a 5 star hotel, by any stretch of the imagination. It served well enough, that my grandson and his partner made a repeat visit on their return trip to Phoenix.

when I booked the hotel, it looked nice, but as I went to the hotel in person. It was OK in the beginning, but once I checked into my room, it was filthy, dirty carpet need to be shampoo, There was no soap in the bathroom stained on the sheets and pillow. In my opinion, the hotel needs a whole new face job remodeling.

I thought I was staying at a motel 6 establishment, but obviously it was a section 8 projects building!!! Ghetto!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! this place shouldn’t even show up as an option for Expedia!!! Didn’t stay! Also received no refund. Just trust me. Book elsewhere!!!!

Everything was great. Just be aware at night the desk person I interacted with was acting strange and had no patience.
