Everything was okay and very good staff and all

The pool was great It was very unkept, dirty, smelly, didn’t really feel safe so we didn’t leave the room, ice machines except 1 worked

Awful staff, no hot water after trying 3 different rooms, grungy and gross. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. Never again.

Location, staff was very friendly and professional. No could water or boiling water coming out the point is you can not shower and they still want $80 for the night$50 deposit and $20 early checkin fee and on top of that security is very rude.

Nothing Everything

There was food still in the mini fridge and a trash can had not been collected. Office staff was friendly. Overall, everywhere was completely dirty.

The room smelled, multiple things in the room were in disrepair, and it just didn’t seem very clean. Thankfully white sheets were okay to sleep in. No complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Only stayed for the night because my car broke down around the corner. Would never stay at a place like this in any other circumstance.

Unbelievable Care

Look no further! This is the place. The suite had pulled carpeting. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The chain lock on the door looked like there was a forced entry attempt. The elevators! Who needs them them when you can go up the 4 flights of stairs, just be sure to say excuse me to the guy selling hats on floor one and the guy smoking weed on floor 3. Need sleep? If you didn’t get it in the barracks- you won’t find it here either. The drunks come out and fight all night in their room. Don’t plan on using the pool or tub! You are better off drinking toilet water from a bar in Subic Bay after the DK show girl is washed off in it. Recall those wonderful military nights at this classy spot!

It was okay Nil

I was able to get my money back. Everything. I’ve never been catfished by a motel before. The pictures aren’t real, the place smelled like urine, and I didn’t want to get murdered in a 70s pörn set. The front desk clerk was the only positive to this horrible place.

The view of the pool was so beautiful ? Are room wasn't ready. The guy cleaning it was very rude told me to get out and go to front desk. My husband came home with a few bug bites on his arms and back ( bed bugs ) . I've seen the bites before. Also light in room restrooms would not turn off.

My wife and her mother stayed here and I was concerned about having them stay in a Motel 6 but it got such a great reviews that they thought they’d give it a try. But television wouldn’t work and they couldn’t get into the room at first. It seemed like a very sketchy area and they didn’t feel safe.

I liked the pool but it was closed I liked how big the room was but there was no hot water and then no water at all at one point . No water , rude staff , the front desk last who cakes on her makeup and works morning shift is a terrible employee and was cussing and more I left because of her she also stated she would “come outside” to fight me lol !

let's see couldn't open up the back Arcadia door to access balconies there was no water I mean no ice in the water ice there was no breakfast complimentary but overall you guys did I your security is off the chain
