Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge

This hotel is fresh and new. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. We enjoyed the games in the lobby and our grandson loved the toddler portion of the pool.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were larger than most, which was nice. The windows had 2 blinds, 1 of which gave you the ability to see out while I expect others couldn't see in. It was a really nice touch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the little beverage/snack area off the lobby was self-serve with a computer for payment. Easy peasy. We were very pleased and would gladly return to this hotel.

Martha at the front was so amazing, kind, and helpful. She definitely made it more personable. Rooms and amenities were great, no humidity in rooms! Location wise was the most convenient, and you’re just on the outside enough of town where it’s quiet, then a 2 minute drive to everything!

Super close to Dollywood

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was pleasant, especially the lady working the breakfast area. Cambria is near DreamMore Resort so able to conveniently go to spa appointment. I would definitely visit again.

Booked a 2 night stay mountain view room. We checked in early but were never given the room we paid for. The older lady said because we booked thru 3rd party not directly to them. Majority of the bookings are 3rd party now. Not an excuse. We traveled to get the supposed view. I should’ve booked somewhere else. In fairness the hotel is clean and pretty. Other than that nothing else.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and it is a favorite in Pigeon Forge! We will stay again! Very well prices, great pool (a little cold for early to mid August), good breakfast for the price and convenience, location is great too! Close to everything, but not in the middle of the strip traffic and crowds. Easy access to the island and Dollywood!

The rooms were very nice and clean everything about the hotel was wonderful great staff and beautiful property close to all attractions.

Very nice clean hotel. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Elevators were fast and roomy. My only complaint would be the breakfast.. it was cold and you have to pay for it. It wasn’t worth it so after 1 breakfast there we ate out.

We love this place. The only thing we really needed our room cleaned on the 2nd of the 3rd night we stayed they refused

our stay was amazing, the check in process went smoothly, the front desk staff were very helpful to us. they do offer breakfast for a price, but overall the rooms were nice and the hours for the pool are good hours as well. i will say that, the only thing is that they do only switch sheets and bedding every three days and if you need them to change you have to contact them the night before.

Bar was not open and no room cleaning the entire time we were there.
