The facility.. The staff gave me a room without a balcony which I paid for. After complaining they gave me a hearing Imapired room w/ balcony. Because of that the TV's volume was not operational since the room was set up for a hearing impaired person. No one apologized. Did not receive the usual Hilton Honors text messages. Not the normal experience I receive from Hilton.

The pool was large and clean except for last day , the staff was extremely kind went out of their way I can’t really say but it was not the staffs or hotel issue

Shower needed a grab bar and the shower door needs to stay open as you dry off.

We liked everything about the property. It was super clean, staff was very friendly and had the best breakfast bar. It was close to everything. Loved it. There was nothing I did not like about the property.

The facilities are superb, ie pool, bar with pool tables, virtual golf, etc. Spotless and generous rooms, lots of free parking. Astounding views!!

The room set up was perfect for our family, the beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub. We ate breakfast upstairs every morning and it had something for everyone, especially enjoyed the made to order omelets. The views on the top level were great, it was a Relaxing trip and would stay here again.

Everything was Wondeful except the young man at the front desk, he was rude to me but it's ok we didn't let him ruin our stay and the place is FABULOUS

Location and all the things to do with the kids and grandchildren. We really didn’t have to leave the property. Close to everything we did and no traffic to get there. The breakfast set up was terrific. The view of the mountains was beautiful too. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Some of the toilets are lose and need to be secured down. We had a fire alarm go off one night around 10 pm. It took a while to clam the children down.

The hotel was beautiful, minutes from The Island and other entertainment and food. Plenty of lounging spaces, great bar with friendly staff, indoor & outdoor pools, gym, etc. It was very nice and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay there again. Nothing really. I had no complaints!
