The property was nice, but it was overrun with children and the restaurant/bar area was dirty, and also overrun with kids. Also, I received a text asking if I needed anything, responded, but never heard back.

Best embassy suites we have ever stayed in. The rooms were so clean and beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and fully stocked every morning. The pool and outdoor area was huge and beautiful and such a great place to hang out with our family. Our balcony view was fabulous! We enjoyed having the baseball fields within view. It was fun to watch from our balcony, but not so loud that it woke us up in the mornings.

The hotel was brand new and so beautiful. Staff could have smiled more but everything was great. Loved the evening reception with fresh watermelon. Nice washer and dryer.

Hotel was super clean and modern. Parking was easy. Check-in was friendly. The kids LOVED it. The pool was great. The reception on the roof was fun and the views are spectacular. Breakfast was delicious. We'll be back!

First off this was Memorial Day Weekend and there was an awesome little league tournament next door so the hotel was jam packed. The reason to stay here is proximity to downtown and fun things to do AND the 7th floor rooftop bar views and fun games on the balcony. Virtual golf, billiards, shuffleboard, foosball etc. There is a lot to do here. The issues are with 1. The food and 2. Housekeeping. The "free" breakfast (the room was $330) was nearly inedible I took a bite or 2 and disposed of it. I ended up with a bagel which was fine but not in line with the price of the room. Housekeeping did not clean the room as requested. They changed out the towels. There was broken glass on the floor, no mat for the bathtub and the patio smelled strongly of pee so we did not use it and it was a big part of our selection decision. Also the shower is dangerous. Very slippery and again, no mat. The staff we met were incredible and very hard working during this weekend. We definitely tipped appreciated them.

Having said that, we will definitely consider this hotel at the top of our list if we do this excursion again. Rooms were nice and clean (not carpeted-loved that). Ample space and comfortable beds. Room was definitely NOT soundproof, but maybe I read that on a different suite.

Great location. Wish balconies were not blocked by other hotel. A-Lot of noise even after 10:30 pm.

Jocelyn provides outstanding customer service! She is always welcoming and provides exceptional support and goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. Wonderful kitchen staff!! They all do a tremendous job with the morning breakfast. Love the made to order omelets too! The staff that prepare the omelets are outstanding!! Highly recommend this property!! Beautiful accommodations!! Housekeeping staff is wonderful too! Nothing. Everything was great.

Great stay overall! The hotel is new, so everything felt clean and modern. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Amenities like the pool were a nice bonus. Breakfast was okay (about a 6/10), but everything else made up for it. I would definitely stay again!

This hotel is a 10/10- view is amazing, amenities were amazing, staff was amazing… you could just stay at this hotel and stay busy! Can’t wait to come back!
