I didn't like that they shut off the fountain drinks after breakfast and had no ice machines in the building.

Proximity to events Dirty, rude, no breakfast for two of 5 days, safety issues with door locks not working. Didn’t offer any sort of compensation for not having the right room, no breakfast, and other issues.

Our stay was so nice. Everyone was so nice and helpful Except one lady at the front desk she was actually really rude other than the interaction with her this place was perfect!!

Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. Nice dove products in the bathrooms. Breakfast wasn’t great but we did not stay for that and were more interested in the location which was just 5 minutes drive from Dollywood.

Loved this hotel. Location was perfect. Close to all the activities we planned to do. It was clean, staff was kind and helpful, and the mon-wed appetizer/drinks in the evening was incredible. Breakfast was also great and so helpful to get out the door in the morning.

It is a beautiful place to stay. Every thing is top notch. Breakfast is great. It has reverything you could want. Just up from Le Conte center. Easy to get to parkway. Great place to stay!

Something was embedded in the carpet. I have no idea what it was but it wasnt too hard to overlook that. The biggest issue i had was that I paid 600 bucks for a 2 night stay and was only allowed one parking spot. When I asked about parking my small 5x8 box trailer I was informed it couldnt be parked there because they were sold out and there were no spots available. Like I was going to pay 600 more dollars for another parking spot. Stayed in nearly 100 hotels over the past 3 or 4 years and never been treated like that. Not to mention that the parking lot was NEVER FULL.
