Newer hotel Very loud, cal Ripken baseball all night long you hear the fans, announcers. Terrible breakfast, left to find a diner. No room service at all, had to get toilet paper and towels from front desk.

It was located close to the LeConte centre Absolutely spotless the girls came in everyday to replenish the grin

Loved the views from the location, staff at front desk and breakfast was very friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. Enjoyed the workout room as well daily. Missed not having hot tub in the pool area. Evening social lacked some sort of grouping ex: pita bread, spinach dip, mac n cheese was one night, not sure how to word it. Along with cottage cheese or lettuce w/ cheese and dressing.

Our stay here was great, the staff was so kind and helpful. We will hopefully stay again here in the future and will highly recommend this facility to others.

Very quiet & peaceful hotel. Close to the LeConte Convention Center. The down side of our stay was the air conditioning unit was within arm lengths of my face when in bed which made it impossible for me to use the a/c during the night. Difficulty in regulating the room temperature. Be aware of room configuration.

I requested a mountain view room based on another reviewers advice and was happy I did because the alternative was to stare at the people at the hotel next door. The view of the mountains was nice, but request a higher floor or you probably wont be able to see them well.
