This is a great hotel with a beautiful view of Pigeon Forge from the 7th floor lounge area. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Pool area is amazing! Throughly enjoy our stay!

My reservation wasn’t showing in system. It was handled by a young lady. The guy was somewhat rude even though I had proof it was booked. I would have liked a view of the ballpark instead of the highway. I was told that the rooms weren’t ready. I was not asked if I would like to wait until one is available.

Large breakfast bar, variety food choices. Room/hotel was very clean. The hotel opened 8 months ago. The rooftop is awesome with Mountain View.

The property staff was nothing short of amazing! The facility was extremely clean and the room was perfect. My family and I truly enjoy our stay and will return when we plan to visit again.

Loved the roof top and the pool area! Also loved being close enough to everything but yet far enough away that we had a great view There were noisy couples arguing and you could hear everything! The price of the hotel was pricey but the views were worth it

The room was super spacious which was great bc we had our two children with us. Literally was the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few. The staff was super friendly although there was a very entitled man scoffing at the manager and saying he wants to stay on the floor and in the room he always stays in when he is in town smh The manager handled it very well though! Like I said great staff! Breakfast had many options. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. No stains on anything (I have a habit of always checking) and all the appliances in the room worked. We didn’t watch the tv but it was huge!

The pool bar didn’t open until 3:00. There is no lunch served on the property, only dinner. We had to DoorDash food. It just seemed like at an upscale hotel on a Saturday that the pool bar would open at noon and a limited lunch menu would be available.

A little better job on sweeping and mopping the rooms can maje the experience even greater.
