We absolutely loved this hotel! It was beautiful, clean, smelled amazing, had a stunning mountain range view, felt so upscale and had the most amazing and wide selection of entertainment areas for adults and kids. You could easily come for a long weekend and never leave the hotel and it be enjoyable! We will be telling family and friends about this hotel and will also keep in mind for future stays!

Go through the embassy suite entrance in order to check in, Tempo and Embassy Suites are connected in the same building. This is a brand new property and everything was amazing. Super clean, amazing staff, 10/10 amenities will be coming back for sure 😊

I am in a wheelchair. Had to check in at Embassy Suites. Check in went well then he told us to go down the hall until the end and turn left and find the room. This hall is very long and carped. A wheel chair doesn't roll very well on carpet! My caregiver took my luggage and found the room and came back for me. She even had to stop a couple times to rest. After locating the room was a straight shot to door leading outside. The television didn't work so had to call front desk. They did send someone down and he found somebody before me had been using a game console or something and he did switch the cables so it did work. The next morning I was sitting outside having a cigarette and started talking with a lady as she was getting ready to enter the hotel. WHotele got to talking about my check in and the long hall with carpet. She did say yeah they should have a smooth aisle for wheel chair traffic. I then went down to Embassy Suites entrance to go up for breakfast. When I entered the line this same lady came up behind me and offered to help. She helped me find a table then went and got me coffee and orange juice. I asked her then if she worked for the hotel. She told me she didn't work at that hotel, but she was the manager of the hotel in Gatlinburg, Tn. I tried to connect my laptop to the internet and wouldn't connect. Called front desk and lady told me she would be down in about 5 minutes. She did come and asked for my phone. Told her was for my laptop, after 3 days no connect

The room was clean and very comfortable. Easy to get to, the only complaint was when we were there parking was not enough. I think it was because some baseball thing was going on and it caused parking to be an issue.

This is a great hotel with a beautiful view of Pigeon Forge from the 7th floor lounge area. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Pool area is amazing! Throughly enjoy our stay!

The website was really helpful. The staff was really friendly and helpful. This hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Pizza was delicious The pools were nice. The view of the mountains from the top of the restaurant and deck was spectacular.

Everything about this property, my wife and kids loved as well as myself!!!

Only one thing needs improvement, more secure bathroom door. You can see into the bathroom.
