Great stay. Amazing rooftop. Bars were understaffed but not a major hassle. Pool bar was closed because of it.

The room service provided is great and everything is on time. The parking is very spacious The room is very clean and I liked that we have Netflix option Everything is spacious including the restaurant, the reception area, the gym, the outdoor seating, and the pools.

Our ground floor room was extremely loud from street noise, we found bugs in the room, and the AC could not be lowered below 68. We contacted the hotel about the noise and bugs during our stay and never received a response. But my BIGGEST concern was the restaurant. We were traveling with a small child with a serious egg allergy, and no one, not even the chefs, could tell us what was egg free or provide reliable allergen information or accommodation. We were ultimately told not to order anything because they simply did not know what contained what. I completely understand that no restaurant can guarantee zero cross contamination. But not knowing the ingredients or allergens in your own food is completely different. For a hotel presenting itself as a luxury property, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Families with food allergies deserve enough accurate information to make safe decisions for their children.

I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what but the property just needed a really good deep clean in general. Things like all of the floor mats needed to be vacuumed and elevators and public areas needed to be wiped down. The biggest disappointment though is the cafe on the 7th floor being closed both Saturday and Sunday morning because of a wedding set up and tear down. This is the only place to get a coffee and small breakfast to go for the dozens of families staying in this hotel to make it to an early game at Ripken. They did offer the embassy suites breakfast but that is made to order and no coffee to go. No espresso either. It’s also at the Embassy suites and on their 7th floor so again, just not a quick solution for busy families. no one has time for a sit down breakfast when you have to be at the fields at 7am. I imagine many families stay here because they are playing at Ripken. Being able to grab a coffee and a quick breakfast to go is so important. There must be a way to open your cafe while also hosting private events. Just something to consider because I can speak for us that we will not book here again for that reason.

Extremely clean room. Spacious bathroom. Up to date decor. Nice lobby and common areas. Nice rooftop dining and lounging areas with views of the Smokies. Resort-like pool. Nice workout facilities. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was beautiful, clean, smelled amazing, had a stunning mountain range view, felt so upscale and had the most amazing and wide selection of entertainment areas for adults and kids. You could easily come for a long weekend and never leave the hotel and it be enjoyable! We will be telling family and friends about this hotel and will also keep in mind for future stays!

This place is amazing!

Go through the embassy suite entrance in order to check in, Tempo and Embassy Suites are connected in the same building. This is a brand new property and everything was amazing. Super clean, amazing staff, 10/10 amenities will be coming back for sure 😊

I am in a wheelchair. Had to check in at Embassy Suites. Check in went well then he told us to go down the hall until the end and turn left and find the room. This hall is very long and carped. A wheel chair doesn't roll very well on carpet! My caregiver took my luggage and found the room and came back for me. She even had to stop a couple times to rest. After locating the room was a straight shot to door leading outside. The television didn't work so had to call front desk. They did send someone down and he found somebody before me had been using a game console or something and he did switch the cables so it did work. The next morning I was sitting outside having a cigarette and started talking with a lady as she was getting ready to enter the hotel. WHotele got to talking about my check in and the long hall with carpet. She did say yeah they should have a smooth aisle for wheel chair traffic. I then went down to Embassy Suites entrance to go up for breakfast. When I entered the line this same lady came up behind me and offered to help. She helped me find a table then went and got me coffee and orange juice. I asked her then if she worked for the hotel. She told me she didn't work at that hotel, but she was the manager of the hotel in Gatlinburg, Tn. I tried to connect my laptop to the internet and wouldn't connect. Called front desk and lady told me she would be down in about 5 minutes. She did come and asked for my phone. Told her was for my laptop, after 3 days no connect

The room was clean and very comfortable. Easy to get to, the only complaint was when we were there parking was not enough. I think it was because some baseball thing was going on and it caused parking to be an issue.
