I absolutely love staying here. The staff are always very friendly and wonderful.It is, you know, individually owned the owners.Are there and if there's ever any problems or anything you have to do is let them know , but it is really , really I love staying here

The only real problem I had was they had to do some work on the main water line. They didn't give anyone a heads up on the problem we had to find out the hard way. That was not cool.

It was clean...affordable...close to everything. We will stay again

If you are unable to climb stairs then make sure to get a room on the bottom floor.

Affordable, clean and comfy beds. It’s a bit dated but right in the heart of pigeon forge! At a great rate! Staff was also very courteous and helpful

Umm not really sure how this facility has as many positive ratings as they do! We were assigned to a room and upon arrival the air has been turned off, and it took forever to cool down. It also had a hole in the wall. We also found a fake rose petal I the floor, and looked the room had not been cleaned in quite some time. The bed was as hard as rocks and let’s just say I won’t be staying here again. The reviews definitely do not match the property I stayed at!

The microwave did not work. It was apparent it was a known issue to them but just not fixed.

Close to town, most staff was friendly. They definitely could use new pillows. And I didn't like the fact that the carpet was taped down going into the bathroom. This was my third time here and I never saw bugs until this time. I saw that they had roach traps under the bed. Friday night I spotted one bigger Roach crawling on the tub and I killed him and then Saturday night in the bathroom I saw a bigger Roach going up underneath the sink and I couldn't get to him to kill him and then as I stood up I saw a baby Roach on the bathroom counter but I did kill that one. I tried to speak to the lady on Sunday morning to tell her about it and all she could say is well we know we have that problem we have pest control. I wasn't happy with that she didn't make any effort to reimburse me any of my money or anything. I don't know right now if I'm going to stay there again. Like I said I've been there three times and this was the first time that I was not happy.

On the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and close to everything.

The hotel staff was so very kind and made sure that we was satisfied, we stay there every time we go to the mountains!! Very satisfied!!! We liked it all, no bad experience

No elevator

No covers over the receptacles. Hairs left in the tub and on the sink top. Very visabale. Very slow draining tub. Toilet seat very loose. Maintenance needs to be more vigilant to the rooms.

Parking was not handy. The room smelled like mildew, they weren't very clean. We had a double queen and one of the beds was dirty. WILL NOT stay there again.

Pillows are worn out need replacing. All else was perfect.

Nice clean room and close to attractions

A terrible stench and mold. I booked 7 rooms, and everyone in my group got sick after staying at this hotel. There was mold in every room, and a nasty odor hung in the air. I intend to report this matter to the appropriate health authorities. This hotel should be shut down. Everyone in my group fell ill after staying here. The Expedia rating of over 8 is definitely inflated—someone is being dishonest here. If this review isn't published, I intend to take legal action. Stop deceiving us—decent Americans. How can you offer rooms like this? The hotel needs a major renovation! It is an absolute disgrace.
