Conner Hill Motor Lodge

The bathtub was clogged, and despite calling the front desk to report the issue, no one came to inspect or fix the problem. Additionally, the main wall light in the center of the room was not working, leaving the room poorly lit and making the overall stay feel uncomfortable. Considering the room condition, lack of maintenance, and poor customer service, this stay was a complete waste of money. I am not sure how this property receives 5-star reviews because my experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend staying at Conner Hill Motor Lodge due to the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and lack of response from the staff.

Checkin was easy. The room was very clean and supplied well. The staff was always available and informative. A special shout out to Darren and RJ. The location was fabulous for getting to Dollywood and all the attractions in the area. Would def stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was quiet and location between pigeon forge and gatlinberg was perfect. Absolutely love that next door is a waffle house. The rooms could be updated a little but for the price was worth it. We stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues. Loved the magnet you could use on your door to tell then the room needed to be serviced instead of them coming everyday.

Clean and neatly kept. Beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy, but was a good deal for the price! Would stay there again!

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and close to the action of the strip. Easy to uber down to the island if you are looking to enjoy some dinner and cocktails

I wasn’t sure what to expect for the price, but this was a very good deal! We had an amazing nights sleep every night while there because the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Good water pressure, clean room, super friendly staff. Just a good room all around. Do some things need updating? Of course. That is true for any hotel that isn’t brand new. But it was clean and well taken care of with friendly and helpful staff so we will stay there again and I highly recommend it!
