Twin Mountain Inn & Suites

This the second time we have stayed here and we love it!!! We had 3 ground hogs down at the river, beautiful whooping crane, little skunk, such pretty ducks and best of all we had a visit from a bear who decided to get cooled off in the river!!! This made our whole trip!!!

Apparently Twin Mountain hotel has been recently renovated. Everything looks like out of the box. We enjoyed the new, modern look and the comfort. The room is very clean, quiet and larger than in similar hotels. Each rooms have a big balcony and large windows facing the Pigeon Forge river. (The kids may enjoy watching the ducks, geese, etc swimming or walking in the grass.) More: The rooms have a large soaking tab and a fire place. Visitors: Mostly older couples and nice families with small children. Pets accepted. Stuff: friendly, willing to help. Wonderful breakfast included. Price: reasonable. We’ll definitely come back. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Location was convenient for walking to dinner and driving to nearby attractions.

What an amazing stay! We will definitely be returning. The staff was so nice and helpful, and made us feel welcome upon arrival. And the room was even better than we expected. Clean and beautiful!! And loved our room was right on the river. So peaceful! Had an great night of sleep. Breakfast was also better than expected! And the staff was making sure to replenish everything quickly, and food was fresh. We wish we could have stayed longer!!! Extremely happy! Love this hotel.

Room was very clean, property clean, friendly staff, loved the pool and the river from the balcony, lots of wild life. Will be back

I stayed 5 nights Saturday through Wednesday and had an amazing stay and was very happy. The price was incredible to start. The balcony with tue view of the river was incredible. There was free breakfast every morning which tasted amazing and was a nice treat due to how busy everywhere was there. We could enjoy breakfast in peace. The room was incredibly clean with a great walk in shower. You can’t go wrong staying here and if I ever come back to Pigeon Forge I will definitely stay here. With all that there were a couple things to be aware of before you go. If you have any back or neck issues the mattress was very hard. The pillows were really lacking in any support. That was the only issues I had and I suppose that’s preference. I did wake up with back and neck problems the longer I stayed. I would suggest bringing a pillow from home and that may prevent all of that. There were a couple things not really in control of the business but I could have said something. There was a consistent ringing sound coming from the bathroom that got rather annoying and then the ac unit above ours was dripping on our unit making a rather loud noise while trying to sleep at night. Don’t let that hinder your thoughts on staying here. Extremely happy with the stay with almost everything. Amazing deal and fabulous staff and location.

Property was super clean very good. Breakfast in the mornings balcony was great in our room overlooking the stream and the staff was very friendly.

This is definitely dated with exterior doors. Not a fan of this location or the unsafe vibe of the exterior entry.

The room was clean when we arrived. The staff was very helpful with questions and information on the surrounding area. It was nice having a balcony in our room.

The river view was nice and a nice quiet area. Came with free breakfast, rooms were nice and clean. Friendly staff. Nothing everything was great.

Clean and easy to get too

Clean room and easy check-in. We saw plenty of ducks, geese, a Merganser and a chubby groundhog from our balcony overlooking the creek.

We didn’t had to call front desk for anything in my 3 night stay and that’s a 5 star review for me.

The balcony by the water was wonderful! Lots of ducks, geese and Blue Heron. The room was large, beds comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the price was right. Such a quiet and peaceful area off the main drag but very close to all the good places! Can't say enough great things about this hotel. The fireplace was nice too!

The location. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks in the water. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Nothing. The breakfast area was small but we had no issues.
