The property looked unused. Super clean and all the amenities were nice too.

Rooms were recently renovated. Location was close to everything that we needed. No designated smoking area and people would smoke from the balcony and drop cigarette butts on our car. One of the power outlets was missing a cover and there was some paint drippings on the tile in the bathroom. Pool was okay but nothing special.

Our previous reservations were cancelled and we found this hotel in a pinch needing somewhere to stay and without spending a lot. This place was not just able to provide a room but also was able to accommodate all of our wishes. The room was a great size and nice. I would consider staying again. The staff was great and friendly. . The bathroom wasn't cleaned really well. There was hair stuck on the floor around the toilet, an old washcloth hanging over the shower curtain and the floors overall didn't seem to be cleaned. Our feet turned black from walking around and we had to have shoes on.

Michelle was great at check in. Room was clean and cozy. Was so happy to see that our room didn’t have carpet.

Newer facility. Plain Jane. Okay for what we needed. Floors had not been mopped and were very dirty. Parking spots are very short and crowded.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The was not bad. There was no soap in the bathroom. Also, elevator was not working at the time so you had to climb the steps which made it difficult for me and my friend.

The location was great, the front desk lady was super sweet. Our room was dirty. The toilet was disgusting, there was what I think is dry wall all over the floor. Dead bugs in the floor, dirt in corners. The room had no hand soap, and no wash cloths. The WiFi also is horrid, it wouldn’t load anything on our phones.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave. Location is right next to the Dixie Stampede and close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. I booked for a special price they were having online and was well worth that price. Would stay there again. Ice machine and elevator were not working. No iron or ironing board in room. No safe. None of it was a huge deal or inconvenience except maybe the ice machine.

The AC was great, the bed was comfortable! We got a newly remodeled room. The first room we were given, we walked in and there was suit cases and the beds a mess, someone was actively staying it the room. We then got another room and The breaker kept popping and half our room didn’t have power all night. Our fridge and lights didn’t work. We told the front desk and they flipped the breaker and told us to let them know of any other issues. My husband’s insulin was in the fridge and had to be thrown away. They offered a partial refund but said I need to contact booking for the refund.

How friendly the staff was Nothing

Was very clean close by everything. The price was good The elevator was not in service kind of hard walking up a flight stairs with bad legs and back Had construction going right next door

The room was really clean and updated. It would be nice to have morning coffee in the office even though there is no breakfast.

Bugs in the room, sheets were nasty, hair in the sheets as well as dirt and dust
