Breakfast was ok. There was only a pool, nothing else. Make sure not to get a room facing the back of the hotel. You are just looking at another hotel and the people looking back at you. I will never do that again. Paid too much money to be facing the back with no Views

This property is super clean and they were always cleaning something when I left the room and ventured out. It is also close to everything fun. I wish I would’ve requested a room on the front of the building. I had the king suite with a balcony but on the back of the building your view is of the Embassy hotel pool and fun area so it’s all super loud. Your view at the front of the hotel at night you can see the city lights and during the day you can see the mountains.

Our room was absolutely beautiful other than being just above a roof Roof outside our balcony but it was not a huge inconvenience.

Beautiful breakfast buffet. Social hour with appetizers and cocktails was a wonderful surprise all in all just an amazing family place.

The check in staff member gave us the wrong time to arrive for breakfast so we were an hour early and had to leave and come back in an hour. Food was mediocre and definitely not on the level of your property in Ocaka, FL. There was a horrible stench outside our room too.

Facility was clean and awesome. Check in was easy. Location was amazing. Overall great experience. Would come back!

When you arrive to the hotel, the lobby is very inviting. The room was perfect for our family. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast provided had a good variety of items. There's a deck off of the dining area that has a great view of the mountains. They also have a social hour M, T, & W, with appetizers & drinks. Which was relaxing after a day spent at Dollywood. If you're looking for a great place to stay while visiting Pigeon Forge, this is your place.

The room (Premium Suite) was big wil a separate bedroom. It was very clean and the hotel was quiet. This was our second stay at this hotel. No complaints

( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive was upon my arrival, the front desk agent noticed I was rather shaky (I'm a Type 2 Diabetic) and she immediately provided me with a juice which helped immensely. Thank you so very much for everything. Dale Roseberry Rm 306 6/3-6-6/26. Hotel is also pet friendly for a VERY reasonable fee compared to many other places.

This Hotel is amazing! I will definitely come back !! Also,best buffet ever.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It was really nice having a free breakfast each morning.
