Given this experience, I do not think the price was reasonable for a room advertised for four adults. I would appreciate your review of this issue and consideration of an appropriate adjustment or refund.

Amazing views Elevator sounded funky

The room was very nice . Also the front desk guy was super nice and helpful. Nice view at night and day . Very clean rooms very clean . The security guard guy in a gold Malibu. Was acting very strange. He was hiding In the woods with a young boy . We started walking that way and he jumps out his car and told us we couldn't go that way . So we leave the area an sit some where else. Then after he speeds out the woods he drives around the resort and comes back to us an tell us we could go that way now. It was a very strange encounter with him .

Te area was very convenient to all of the attractions, shopping and restaurants and the pools. The resort was wonderful. The carpet needed to be replaced and mattress a little softer but overall it was a great place to stay.

The staff were friendly. My family checked in to this resort and checked out almost immediately after. The room was absolutely filthy and appeared it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Every room in the unit was filled with both dead and live bugs. EVERY ROOM. There were bugs in both beds, the dressers, and the refrigerator. Additionally, there was a large unknown stain on one of the beds, both on top of the bedding and in the sheets when we pulled it back. Lastly, there was a street light right outside our unit that was strobing the entire time and could be seen in the unit with the blinds closed. Long story short, it was not a great experience and I would not recommend.

I’m an owner and I could not book using my points due to availability but I could book through Booking .com and get a room. When I checked in the resort still had rooms available but would not allow me to use my points.

The location of this resort was great, about a 10/15 minute drive to any of the locations we wanted to go around Pigeon Forge. The duplex suites were very spacious! Having a full kitchen, king size beds, and multiple bathrooms were a plus! Having the fireplace was an added bonus since we were traveling during quite cold weather! The place was clean and my family felt safe while staying here. The furniture was a bit outdated, the recliner could use a repair or replacement. In my opinion, the beds were quite hard. You might sleep okay if you are tired enough, I was able to take a nice nap on the couch. If the beds had been more comfortable I would have had a next to perfect stay.

The location Upon arrival our key card did not work to enter the room. I contacted the office and the front desk said they would have to wait for maintenance. So we had a late check-in . Then over text we had a conversation which was less than accommodating. In the room itself the jet tub did not work and was missing one of the controls. The beds were hard. The extra sheet provided was stained. The couch and the chair appeared to be out of the 80s, weathered and worn.

The door to the outer "small" deck w 2 chairs was VERY HARD TO OPEN. They have upgraded some parts of this place, but NOT where we were. :(

The location was great and the rooms were big The bed was not very comfortable and there was an issue getting into our because the key card did not work.

We could see from the hotel the mountains, the clouds surrounding the mountains was beautiful. We saw fireworks from our balcony and the town. The most beautiful was watcing the sun rise from the other side of the mountains and getting to watch it set.

Everything was great. I know they can’t help that it is located by the landfill but during the day when the landfill was open it could smell really bad.

No shower curtain in the 2nd bath, looked like black mold on wall above master shower, we got stuck in the elevator two times. Elevator in Building 3 went out twice and we were stuck in it for about 10 minutes. Went black, no lights. Called on emergency phone inside it and it rang and rang with no answer. Pushed the alarm… no one responded. It eventually came back on and we got out. I reported it to “ Ashley” at the front desk and she stated she would have maintenance check it out. The next day it happened again when we were leaving. I went down to office and personally reported it and she stated that she had “ left a sticky note for maintenance about the issue.” She had no clue if it had been addressed.

Upon check in the front desk associate was not welcoming . The deposit was paid upon reservation. I was asked for it again at check in. Very disappointed.
