This is our go to place to stay. Its away from town which we like. We have been coming here for over 20 years I know. It needs to be updated. Same old carpet and the recliner needs to be replaced. We had a bug issue this time. I told the lady in the office about it.

The location was very nice, close to everything but still not crowded The room had a musky smell, we asked to leave a day early because we had family problems at home and they would not refund so we just lost a day

We stayed for two weeks. We loved the place. It is convenient to all attractions while still being in a quiet location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be that the towel service (for white towels in the bathrooms) not put so much bleach in their washing. I had a bleach rash on my skin that lasted for the entire stay. That said, everything else was top notch.

Wonderful place that is located near all activities in Pigeon Forge but makes you feel like you are miles away. All great place for couples or families to stay. Plus the convenience of a grocery stores and Dollywood just minutes away without getting stuck in traffic.

Plenty of room in the duplex for a family of 4. Great location to plenty of attractions. However, the office staff was rude and the walls and ceiling had mold growing near the ventilation. Multiple live bugs were found throughout the rooms, and cobwebs hung in the bathroom corner and attached to the bedside lampshade to the ceiling. Overall, I would stay somewhere else if traveling to Pigeon Forge again.

If they served breakfast, we didn't know about it. The room looked totally different from booking, it was a lot nicer! It didn't have a jetted tub, as described in booking. The recliner was nice, but it wasn't comfortable.

No breakfast available. Loved the location, quiet and off the parkway but not too far. Mountain view. The only thing we didn't like was not much thought put into the furniture in the living room, very uncomfortable.
