The pictures were deceiving for how dirty the hotel actually was. The chairs and curtains were covered in stains, the beds were completely sunken in, and the overall hotel did not deserve a 4 star review as stated by others.

The breakfast was nice & it have many hot & cold varieties of dishes. The interior decoration was nice. They have good amenities The need to change mattresses. They offered free drinks every day in between 1830 & 1930 but they should serve non alcoholic drinks as well.

Hina was fantastic. There was an issue with another guest's booking and the guest was upset, but Hina handled the situation perfectly. She is a true professional. It was loud outside my room at times, but I was on the first floor. I'll ask for a higher floor next time.

How clean and pleasant it was! The staff was somewhat rude, and using Apple Pay was a risky proposition.

Indoor atrium , Jacuzzi, restaurant & hot breakfast The cook making the pancakes and omelets had a horrible attitude & my tub needed refinishing (bad stains)and the water backed up.

Happy hour free drinks. 2 room suite. Good breakfast. Elevator areas need some attention.. AC was VERY loud.
