The staff was very nice, check-in was easy, the breakfast and Manager's reception were great! My only issue is that the hotel could use a refresh. The paint on the wall above the shower was puffy and peeling, some rust spots near the tub, and just overall dated.

Nice overall stay here.

They offered free drinks during certain hours. The hotel was also clean and exceeded my expectations.

Staff was great, greeted with a warm welcome.

The staff especially at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our suite was clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The landscape needed a little upkeep and the trash bins near the main hotel entrance needed to be emptied. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Honestly was very disappointed with this stay. I wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi but it was not well cleaned and maintained. The room was also not the cleanest and on the first night I woke up to a burning sensation in my belly. It looked like bedbug bites. When I went to the lobby to show them, they didn’t even flinch or offer any apologies or concern. They simply moved me to another room. Did not even offer to comp the night or anything. Very strange and not very Hilton-like. Overall, stay was mediocre. The bar was also outdated and wine glasses had other peoples lipstick on it.

Everything about the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. My only complaint is regarding the room's air conditioner. Whenever it started up, it made a startlingly loud noise. Hopefully, management can get it checked out, as everything else about our stay was excellent!

Great rooms and guest service, sometimes found it difficult to get a table at breakfast with our family of 5 due to high volumes of other guests but there was always plenty of food! We would have loved to enjoy the pool more but it was very cloudy water and sandy at the bottom, our swimsuits and towels smelled terrible after so we chose not to go again!

Staff at the front desk and restaurant were very friendly and informative. Breakfast was delicious, and an evening meal of quesadillas were superb.

Room was perfect for 3 adults and 3 small children. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Always a good place to stay. Staff is welcoming and accomodating. Snacks and free drink at night, breakfast in morning, are a nice touch.

Staff was very friendly. Cleanliness was not a priority.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the treatment my family received during check-in on the night of July 24 at approximately 11:30 PM. After a long day of travel, we arrived at your hotel expecting a smooth and welcoming check-in. Instead, we were met with an unprofessional, disrespectful, and unhelpful attitude from the front desk employee. Our reservation clearly included two rooms for 4 adults and 3 children (ages 15, 11, and 6). Two of the adults were senior citizens aged 63 and 70. Without taking even a moment to verify our reservation, the staff member wrongly assumed that we had booked only one room. He insisted that only six people could stay and stated that we would have to pay an additional $20 for breakfast. Rather than reviewing the reservation and resolving the issue, he argued with us, showed no courtesy or empathy, and even suggested that we cancel our booking if we were unhappy. This is completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing your hotel. At 11:30 PM, after traveling with young children and elderly family members, the last thing any guest should experience is being treated as though they are an inconvenience. A simple review of our reservation would have resolved the matter within minutes. Instead, we were subjected to unnecessary stress and embarrassment because of the employe
