Not a whole lot! Very bad experience both while we were there and even worse weeks later. Would NEVER come back again!!!! Horrible experience! Waited in the lobby 15 mins before anyone came out. Once they did, they had no clue. Front desk had no clue how to handle IHG rewards. Charged 3X for a one night stay. Months later there is still a hold on my bank account

Breakfast was very good

the place was clean with the exception of the remote for the tv, which was sticky and grimy, i doubt they ever clean it. i wanted to use the pool but there were a ton of kinds splashing around and the parents were just on the side vaping, so i couldnt enjoy myself. stayed for all of 5 mins and had to leave. its not so much the hotels fault, more so the quality of people, unfortunately.

Great place to stay

Great shower I had to stay for only 4 hours because I had a flight to catch but I spent 2 hours waiting in the lobby while the front desk tried to find my reservation. When I couldn't wait anymore, I called booking.com, and they kept me on hold for another hour. Then, I asked the agent to call the front desk manager. She hesitated initially, but I insisted. When the manager came, she immediately asked the agent if she had checked my reservation from the extranet, and her answer was no. The manager then proceeded to find my reservation from the extranet before I could go to my room. Booking.com never answered my call. The hotel manager and the front desk agent didn't have any compassion or remorse for what they took me through. No sooner had I checked into my room than it was time for me to check out and head to the airport. I was very tired and frustrated ?

The false advertising about the free amenities offered.
-
All the amenities that were advertised as free were not included without additional fees. Which were not indicated by staff members at check in or at any time during the scheduling. This was false advertising! The false advertising about the free amenities offered.
-
The Free breakfast as advertised was actually $10 per person. There was a $100 incidental fee at check in also not advertised. Never had to pay that before, scam. They tried to double book our room. Two men were trying to get in our room at 11pm.

Very good

The shower made loud noises whenever someone used it, sounded like the pipes were jammed.
-
The location was easy to get to. The bathroom shower and mirror were dirty. The front desk staff was slow and rude. There were holes around the outlets in the room. The room was dated and small. The breakfast was subpar. I would never stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. My bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. Did not eat at the restaurant, but it appeared that those who did, enjoyed what they were eating.
