The room upgrade and just having apartment features and also the bed being so extremely comfortable. Having to pay for parking seemed a little unnecessary especially if you were only staying a night

Nice location close to the city center, and convention center. Very spacious rooms with a great kitchen area. The AC system is very noisy and the windows are thin, therefor you hear the trains passing by at night.

Joe at Placemakr was exceptional! He was always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever he could. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great experience. He is truly a great asset to Placemakr and definitely deserves recognition for the service he provides. And as a bonus—Joe plays great music! It always added to the atmosphere and made the space even more enjoyable. Thank you, Joe, for being so helpful and making our stay that much better! My unit door was difficult to close

The curb appeal, lobby and architecture is stunning. It has a classic look and wonderful personality. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I have saved Placemakr in my notes and hopefully stay here again. Wonderful experience! The staff needs some training. Didn't have access to a toothbrush, couldn't find coffee cups and didn't offer us water. With a little staff training Placemakr is a 10 out of 10!

Excellent location, beautiful apartment. Only negative was that the air conditioning wasn’t working when we first got there, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed it.

I'll start with the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Next, the room was lovely and the location perfect. Highly recommend. Only that we couldn't stay longer.

Great option for downtown Pittsburgh. More comfortable than hotel room with kitchen and laundry facilities. Very reasonable priced as well. Only downside is that parking is a little unclear in terms of how to access it but there is other nearby parking available that I used.
