Looked like it would have been nice if they had a room We made the reservation 2 weeks in advance through booking.com and it was “confirmed”. Then we arrive and - no room! They had called me at 5 pm on the day of arrival to tell me they were sold out, but I didn’t answer (I was driving) so we arrived at 10 pm. Perhaps they could have contacted me a few days earlier so I could make another reservation? A major problem is that they don’t seem to like booking.com. They had a room, but it was “already reserved” by a guest who hadn’t arrived. But I had arrived… and I also had a reservation… but because it was booking, it was not prioritized. We had to find another hotel. I don’t know if the problem is booking or Staybridge… but either way a horrible experience.

Clean room, staff, breakfast, wifi...everything was great and would definitely stay here again.

My issue was with the design of the room. There is a living room/Kitchen and then a bedroom/bathroom. In between there is a wall mounted TV that turns either direction for use. One of the queen beds sticks out so you have to walk close to the wall with the TV. One morning it was dark as not to wake my daughter and I walked right into the TV. On our last day there, we were watching TV in the living room. I went to the luggage to get my flight schedule and walking back looking at the schedule, I hit my head on the TV hard, giving myself a concussion. I can't believe this hasn't resulted in a lawsuit... yet.

I reached 11 pm for my advanced booking and hotel had cancelled my reservation. Worst case no one updated me same. Neither hotel bothered to update and neither booking.com. At night I was searching another hotel with family.
