Staybridge Suites Pittsburgh Airport by IHG

This hotel was truly one of the best ones my family and I have stayed at. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the front desk to even housekeeping. Breakfast staff were all great as well. The hotel was well maintained and kept very clean. Our room was clean and the kitchen was a good size. We made good use of the kitchen. It’s located by many stores like walmart, target, giant eagle, Sam’s club, a mall, and many great food stores as well. You will love staying here!

Separate issue, there were spiders in the room, the floor in the bathroom was uneven and you could tell, and there were tiny holes in the walls on the molding. They could have more parking spots available as well.

The tv didn’t work in our room, and there was only one trash can for a whole suite? a little strange. otherwise was good considering we stayed even though the morgan wallen concert got cancelled.

Location to Pittsburgh, plenty of stores in the area for food, snacks, clothes, etc. Nice outside seating area and convenient stove top. A/C unit is LOUD. The outlet closest to the bed produces a beeping noise.

Good to choose. Convenient for all facilities.

The staff was great. the front desk was very friendly and efficient despite being super busy. The location of the hotel was convenient for our needs. We had a sofa in our room that was stained and smelled funky… definitely needed cleaned or replaced. Made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room

We had booked another hotel and I would not stay there it was disgusting. So we found another hotel and what a relief to walk in after a very long day to Deb who was amazing and welcoming. She made an exceptionally awful day feel better. The hotel and room was very well taken care of. The room had a kitchen in it with a full size refrigerator which was not expected. The breakfast staff were wonderful and came out and talked to the family's. It was a great stay. I would definitely recommend the Staybridge Suites to any one who is looking for a great stay.
