Hotel was nice but more expensive than it should have been. Food was not great and was also expensive. I’d probably look for a different hotel if we go back to Kauai.

Great resort right on the beach with many amenities including beach rentals, and restaurants. Our room was well stocked with washer and dryer, kitchen, and balcony view of the ocean.

Very nice resort, close to the beach and very friendly staff. The apartment was a bit dark. One room even without any window.

The room was great! It was very clean and seemed like it had just been renovated. The location was perfect and people and services were amazing. I left some things in the room and called them and they found them for me and had the packaged up and mailed to me. I would 100% stay here again.

There is a $40/day parking charge and a $45/day resort fee no one told us

This was a dream vacation. My husband and I enjoyed staying in the villas and having access to the amenities of the entire resort. It was so peaceful, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. The cultural classes that the resort offered were amazing. We took a basket weaving and lei making class. The resort is located perfectly on the island and in my opinion was the best place to be. We will be going back every year and will even bring our kids next time. The staff were all amazing and the grounds were immaculate. We loved our stay here. Mahalo, Sheraton!!!!

The location

We stayed in the Villas which were more affordable but still offered all the amenities of the Sheraton complex. The room was a studio with great small kitchen and laundry facilities. We enjoyed the balcony which looked out on beautiful garden area. Only drawback in this size unit was no table to eat at so would recommend larger room. Short walk to pool, beach, restaurants. All were beautiful with great food. We loved the luau on grounds! Friendly, helpful staff. Would love to go back!

We stayed at the Sheraton Resort Villas, Kauai from July 14 - July 21, 2026. Our room was clean, and we had housekeeping every day. We were able to cook in our room, which had a stove, full sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The room also had a washer/dryer combo as well. The resort was clean. We enjoyed both pools during our stay, and reserved a beach cabana for one day. The service at the pool and on the beach was good. The food and drinks from Lavas restaurant/bar were good. We enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Rum Fire restaurant. The resort was a very short distance to shopping and other dining establishments. We took a day cruise to see the Na Pali Coast, and the catamaran location was only about a 25 minute drive from the resort. We also drove to Waimea Canyon and the many lookouts (about an hour drive), and enjoyed a picnic lunch while there. Concerns: While we could control the thermostat, and turn the air on/off, when the air did turn on, it was extremely cold and the vent blew very cold air over the bed area when it ran both day and night. There was no control on the air vent. After asking for assistance with this issue and not receiving any, I put a hand towel up by the vent to detour much of the cold air. I also feel that the extra fee (not uncommon) for parking ($40/day for self parking, and $60 per day for valet parking, both are plus tax), is a bit extreme, and probably should be included in the daily room rate, rather than an extra charge.

Very good

Very beautiful property with two pools, one was busy, the other, you almost had it to yourself (if you wanted to get away from the crowds). The beach was beautiful and the waves were rough.

The location was great and setup was great for beach & ocean enjoyment. So easy with kids!
