Resort was really nice and the room was really big for a family of four. The only down side is the man at the check in much likely force me to book a « time sharing » meeting before giving me my room key. When I came back to canceled the meeting, he told me that its was non refundable. I didnt even knew that he took a 50$ deposit on my card for that meeting.

We were in the queen palm area was nice ! Having a back patio and a nice quiet pool ,we enjoyed our stay ! Clean 1 bedroom condo! The only thing uncomfortable was the pull out bed!

We knew when booking that this was a timeshare. We booked through hotels.com and had no interest in participating in the timeshare promotion. After traveling all day we just wanted to get checked in. I was told the parking was $20 a day but that if we did the timeshare video the resort would credit us back the money towards our next trip. I explained many times that I wasn't interested and would rather just pay the $20 a day. They were very high pressure and it took a good 15 minutes for them to give up. The rooms themselves are spacious but the carpet is dirty amd outdated. The elevator was broken and appeared to have been broken for a long time. We had to use the service elevator and there were often no carts available. The pool was packed with people and there were never any towels available. The location was okay. We have stayed at other timeshares that were way better.

The main downside is the lack of dining options. There is no sit-down or à la carte restaurant on the property—only a small bar and a poolside café serving snacks and basic meals during the day. The resort is located about 15 minutes from the Pompano Beach Pier, which is convenient. However, if you're visiting Florida mainly for beautiful beaches, I personally wouldn't recommend staying in this area, as there are much nicer beach destinations in the state. Another downside is the check-in process. Since this is a Club Wyndham property with timeshares, check-in is much longer than expected. Even if you've already completed everything online and fully paid for your reservation, you first check in at the main lobby and then are sent to another desk to "complete" the process and receive your room keys. At that second desk, they strongly encourage you to attend a timeshare presentation, offering discounts or even a free future stay as an incentive so that delayed our check in process

Friendly fun place to take the family.

The room was nice and clean

The elevator was broken and we had to use the service elevator around the back of the hotel. The rooms were clean but the property overall is a little run down.

A large group took over the smaller pool and were blasting music for over 1/2 hr before someone made them turn it off I also ordered door dash and I had to call the front desk to see if it was there. It would be nice if there was a nice restaurant on sight.

Restaurant and supermarket across the street. Had an incident were other guest were jumping in the pool and splashing everyone else and security came really fast and solved the issue very efficiently. Will recommend to have 2 sinks in master bedroom. Such a big bathroom, it’s a shame that only have one sink. Will

No where on Expedia did it say this was a time share. Before we were allowed to get our room keys, they required is to sign up for a 2 hour time share presentation. I said no and they told me it was mandatory since we weren't "owners" so I reluctantly signed up for the presentation. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking.
