Comfort Inn & Suites Ponca City near Marland Mansion

Very comfortable and clean and pool was refreshing after a long day driving

Shower curtain in room 204 is too short to reach the tub.

It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was very good. Lots of choices of restaurants in the area.

The pool area was nice but poorly lit in the evening. It closes at 9pm which seems a bit early being that it’s indoors. The breakfast selection was nice and kept up with. We would stay here again.

Room cleanliness and quality was not great, but everything works. Not bad for a budget hotel in a rural area. The property feels older/in need of an update.

It was clean. It was a great location. The parking was impossible! Not enough places for everyone.

It was definitely dated. Plenty of parking in the back. The lady at the front desk was super personable and helpful. They have lemon water up front as well as coffee. The room was clean, but smelled old and kind of musty; my clothes even had that smell when I left. Thankfully I brought my earplugs, because it was louuuud. Every time someone left or entered their room, the door would slam and I could hear it loud and clear. The last thing I'll say is there are three things I look at when I book a hotel- Ratings, location, and free breakfast. This one had good ratings, the location was pretty central, but the breakfast :( Yikes. If you're counting on a good breakfast to start your day, maybe hit McDonald's.

It was quiet. It stunk in the room terribly like mildew or somewhere that’s been damp and shut up. The carpets looked dingy.

Rooms very comfortable, quiet location

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was above average. Parking was good.The room was clean and not cramped. The mattress could have been better.

We were in town for a sick family member and didnt get in till after midnight, staff was very plesent and helpful. Then again in the morning you could tell everyone was busy cleaning and getting ready for the day but they were still very friendly. Bed was comfortable and a good location to local hospital. Came in late and didnt turn lights on...in the morning we noticed the Furniture was full of stains and wear to them. Other than that it was clean.

Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was cordial and made check-in easy. Breakfast was minimal but ok. Parking was easy and safe. Reasonably priced.

The facility was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water stayed hot while I showered. There isn't much more that I would ask.

The work crews who stay there partied in the parking lot till 11:30 on a Sunday night. When leaving in the morning the drunks had two white plastic garbage bags full of bear cans and what not tossed in the near vicinity of the front door. On top of that, the young kids in town seem to get away with driving vehicles with loud exhaust and race up and down the main drag that goes by. It must be an acceptable culture in this area of lawlessness.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
