Location friendly great breakfast quiet clean Toilets to low beds to high and no handicapped rails in the bathrooms hard to get off the stool and in and out of the shower it was a great place for a fall

The front desk staff was professional and courteous, even helping us find something that we left behind and had to come back for. The hotel itself was very nice and clean and updated.

Front desk check in was great , always nice to see a warm smile from the lady that checked us in at Holiday Inn Express at Ponca City OK. The room was exceptionally clean, the kingize bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy , everything you look for when spending a night or two in a hotel. The breakfast next morning was outstanding, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurts, and % hiland milk plus the coffee ☕️ machine that ground and brewed your cup of coffee was top-notch. We will definitely stay here again and anyone that is passing through or visiting Ponca City OK should stay here . Not a thing , the management of this hotel is running it like a well oiled machine.

Location great , breakfast could have been better as you walked the hallway had a bad smell , may need a good carpet cleaning or new carpet

Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Check-in went well. However, the sink did not drain in the bathroom & the hairdryer just made a loud noise & did not blow air. Notified front desk of these 2 issues.
