La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ponca City

The desk people were helpful especially Alexis when we needed to change rooms because the door to our first room wouldn’t always firmly latch. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good AC and large TVs. Breakfast was the usual…eggs and sausage, some fruit, juice etc. It was easy to access with lots of eating places around. The lounge was large and comfortable. The second room we got had totally different TV channels from the first room…only working Samsung TV plus with old shows and very little that we liked.

The staff was very helpful. The property was clean and we had a good nights rest.

Room was comfortable and clean and the shower had good water pressure. The guest laundry washing machine restarted 2x and never did run a spin cycle so my clothes had to be rung out by hand prior to putting them in the dryer.

Breakfast was good. Very convenient. The room needed a good deep clean. The bathroom was a bit smelly, counter wasn't wiped down good. There were several stains on the carpet by the window and desk.

Air conditioning was great, staff was kind and accommodating, all went well!

Overall clean facility. The pool, ice machine and elevators were out of order. In a fairly decent neighborhood and didn't worry about security. Staff was very friendly at the front desk and we got fresh towels daily without having to ask. Breakfast was better than expected.

Hotel is clean and staff was mostly friendly. Parking for larger vehicles in the back of parking lot is a plus. The room with the separate seating area is spacious. Overall, a nice place to stay in Ponca City.

In our room the main TV didn’t work, the pillows were hard as a rock, the pool wasn’t open nor the hot tub. The furniture in the lobby was filthy with stains all over them. Will not return.

Clean and nice Breakfast was amazing

Friendly staff, clean room, good location, tasty breakfast!

In getting the things that we forgot or that were needed. All the staff were friendly. Good breakfast however, the food ran out before the time it was suppose to be open. Good service could have done better on quantity of food up to the end of breakfast time.

Overall appearance is very nice, but the bones of the room weren’t as clean as first appeared. Dirty marks on the walls, doors & carpet. Beds were very comfortable tho & check-in was great. Would stay again.
