Our group was allowed to visit within the amenities room (where morning breakfast is served) for the evening.

Hotel and room was clean and well maintained. Day shift at front desk was less than friendly.

Front desk "manager" was rude, raising her voice at me when asked a question. I didn't even stay my 2nd night of the stay, although paid, because of her. Sonya deserves a complaint & to be written up. Sonya. She made the entire stay & hotel experience in Ponca City Hampton hellacious & one I will never experience again.

Our 1st room, the TV wouldn’t get news stations so we asked the front desk to send someone from service to correct the problem. We were told someone would fix the problem while we were at dinner. Upon our return the problem was not solved. Also, the room was so dirty we requested a new room. Once our room was changed, we discovered once again, the TV would not give any news selections. The next morning we were told none of the rooms had news channels. The front desk told us they were in negotiations with their carriers to have them in the future. Our new room was also dirty to the point our bare feet appeared dark after walking on the carpet. Throughout this whole stay, the staff seemed to tell their guests anything needed to satisfy the moment. As we were leaving on Sunday morning, there was a line at the front desk of guests complaining about their rooms and service. There is a Holiday Inn next door. I would suggest you stay there.

Stay was good. Room was clean. Only complaint I have is when we arrived they did not have the 2 queen beds that we had booked months in advance. They gave us a king with sofa bed. Was not happy about that but we had to make it work bc hotel was booked. Idk how they gave our room to someone else when we had booked months ago.

Pet friendly. Indoor pool. Free breakfast.

Staff was very nice

They canceled my booking reservation through booking.com told me I had to book through them. Won’t comply with waiving my non-cancellation booking fee even though they canceled. I had booked through them because it was a concert and no other places and when we arrived we got checked into one room uncleaned to be checked into a second room unclean to be basically told they’d change the sheets and left us a toilet dirty from a previous guest and the shower didn’t work. They stated the GM would call us during the day and we can not get any information to any one in general management to return a phone call.

Room was clean & nice. Vanity light didn’t work, bathroom was very dark, when we asked front desk about it, gal was rude & said if it doesn’t work, must be burned out. No offer to have it fixed.

Staff was friendly and Helpful. The thing I didnt like was we got to town after dark. We had a hard time finding the entrance. I thank a sign out by the street would be a good thing.

The indoor pool has an access ramp for handicap… my child is not handicapped but she took FULL advantage of this opportunity.. was perfect for my three year old and with the pool only being 1.5 feet deep in the front she had a blast!!! We swam 5 hours Christmas Day !! The pool, and pool dorm was spotless clean and full of all our needs!! It was a blast!! Breakfast was perfect Rooms are perfect! great place to stay !! ….
