Quality Inn Ponca City

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, beds comfortable, very cool a/c. Space was a little tight, especially in bathroom area, but manageable. Breakfast was great with eggs, potatoes, sausage, plus the usual items. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a good value and we'd definitely return if in the area.

Hot food was gone by 7:30am so called from desk and made staff aware. 10-15 min later hot food was available again.

The hotel seemed to be freshly remodeled and was in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival it was very late timing so that is on me. I got checked in into a room that wasn’t what I had a reservation for but the front desk guy accidentally had a mix up and upgraded me with no extra charge. The room I was in was overall nice and quiet and I didn’t have any complaints and the breakfast was pretty good

Room had been freshly remodeled. It was updated and clean. Breakfast was well rounded. Excellent accommodations, especially for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay but I had to reinstall blinds, also had pieces of the wall misses. There was also hair in the towels that did not belong to me.

It was convenient to everything great location! Very clean hotel, and friendly staff! The only thing I complain about every hotel is the pillows. They’re too flimsy in my opinion! I bring my own to avoid complaints. Nothing bad to say about the property. Very reasonable price!

The updated room was nice breakfast served the same time every day was great we leave early and usually miss it and it might be stupid but good AC in the hallways ? parking was ok felt safe enough for mx guys Bed was a little hard and pillows are soft and room was tight but nice stuff inside so pretty much a wash

Super helpful gentleman at 20:30 when I got there,friendly,polite.. older hotel with updated more modern remodel… bed was definitely more of a slab feel than a mattress feel but I was just glad to be able to find a place to stay,and was pleasantly surprised

AC quit working. Carpet was soaked by the desk area. At 11:30 PM I attempted to get these issues resolved with the staff. I went down to the front desk only to find it unmanned. I rang the Ring doorbell at the front desk. No one answered. I then picked up the phone at the front desk. It rang and rang and rang and no one answered then it disconnected me. I went back up to the room, picked up the phone there and tried the front desk. No answer. The next morning someone was at the front desk and I brought up those issues and how I tried and tried to get some help but no one answered the phones. I was told he (the man at the front desk) had told the men three times not to work at night. When I asked for some type of compensation for all this he said since I had a Choice Hotels account he would add between 2000-3000 points to my account. This was on 5/11/2026. Checked my account today and those agreed upon points were never added to my account. Would never stay again.

it was not for the older people there was stairs with no elevator and didn't have a way to get to the lobby without going on a set of stairs.

Only issue that was a real problem was the noise created when adjoining room to our room 118 was when they ran the water in the morning. So loud it woke us up. The breakfast at 8am was very picked over and some items were depleted. The staff member offered to make more of the depleted items. When checking out the staff member again offered to help with the luggage and even held the door and wished us safe travels. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area.

Really great place, the staff was very nice! The room was clean, neat, everything worked well. Looks like it has been recently updated/remodeled. The outside they were doing spring cleaning and maintenance. All in all, a great choice for an inexpensive place! I'll be staying there again on my next trip.

Room smelled like smoke when first entered. Let it air out and ran AC and smelled better

Julie is the only friendly person there and does a good job cleaning the rooms. I’ve been twice and each room had mold in the bathroom ceiling, the second room on 1st floor smelt quite musty.
