Great

The room was large and the location could not be more ideal. The valet operation was teriffic. We did have an issue getting our room cleaned and each day the hotel kept sending texts asking us to opt out of room cleaning, which we explained we wanted upon check in. That was frustrating.

Super nice hotel. Loved the stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and the location is great. I will say the restaurant was just okay and there's plenty of other places to eat that are just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Great stay. Good location in Old Port.

Great location and very up to date

Nice place, good location, shower water pressure was weak

Was a nice hotel- stayed 2 nights. The message about parking was confusing as it said park yourself for $30/night but when we got there it was only available @ $40/night valet. But otherwise room was clean, staff was friendly. Did not use the onsite bar/restaurant so can't comment on that. Valet attendant and staff I interacted with were nice and pleasant.
-
A day later we went to the front desk to buy bottles of water and the night attendant was extremely rude to us. This hotel is not exactly cheap to stay at and I have received much better hospitality at a hotel not nearly half as nice. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Great location, easily walkable to all of downtown and the legendary shipyard brewery next door you can’t beat it!

All the staff members did their best to help us enjoy our stay. They were helpful and personable.

The hotel is in a super convenient location (close to Old Port). Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance (most being 25 minutes. The room was very spacious and updated. The only downsides are there is only valet parking for $40 a day ( I was sent a message from the hotel saying we could self-park for $30, but that wasn't an option). Secondly- you're charged $25 daily resort fee, which they say you can use as a food & beverage credit. The only on-site restaurant was only open 7 AM-10AM (with one person working so it was always too busy to east at) then reopens at 5 PM. It was just inconvenient to our iteniary. Overall, I did enjoy the hotel.

Great location!
-
Nicely maintained property. Beautiful courtyard views and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurant. The staff at the front desk, onsite bar, and restaurant were awesome!
-
Clean hotel, friendly staff. I think it’s overpriced. It’s equivalent to a TruHill hotel.
-
Great hotel in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel parking was expensive.
-
Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Average breakfast. Great bartenders. Nice outdoor patio. Decent rooms - updated and clean. A bit far from the action, but that makes it quiet.

Our couch smelled so bad..it was covered in dog urine. The service was limited…maybe being only a Wednesday and Thursday? The bartender was great! But the kid at valet on Wednesday afternoon was a terrible reflection of the Cambria. His attitude was worse than the urine soaked coach in our room.
