The rooms are big and spacious. Clean rooms. Well maintained Good location. Central Part of downtown. Easy access to restaurants. Gym Good size gym . All necessary equipments available. Good weights range. Cons No smart TV, was hoping to relax and watch Netflix or HBO, or HDMI port to connect my laptop at least to watch my shows. Just regular TV. It was kinda of a let down. Valet parking Expedia mentioned self parking for $10 less then valet parking. At the hotel , only valet parking is available so extra cash to spend. Quite misleading Gym No wipes to clean machines or bench after use.

Restaurant was understaffed. Good location.
-
This hotel had a great location, large modern clean rooms. We were very impressed with the hotel and the staff.
-
Facilities are in good condition because they are new and location is good. Limited amenities and services, and unreasonable resort fee.
-
A decent place to stay in old port. Big room and nice staff. Room smelled like bleach and had a lightbulb burned out. Considering the price did not meet expectations.

Great location!

There was no service, they said if you want your room cleaned , you have to ask and when I asked they did not do. The coffee cafe did not open until 7 am. They charged $75 per day for services that did not exist and they charged for internet connection- who does that anymore. Will not ever stay here again. Staff could not answer any questions. . AVM

We arrived to the hotel and were greeted by friendly staff. We opted out of the $40 valet parking and found free overnight parking on the street. The rooms were very clean, updated, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for getting around. I will definitely be back!

Front desk and the other staff we encountered were friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. Lovely experience for out-of-state visitors looking to explore the adventures of the Portland culinary landscape.
-
We didn’t use much but the place and people were very nice. I would stay there again.
-
Beautiful garden in the back and easy access to parking garage and Old Port activities. Highly recommend.
-
The room was modern and decent. The check in process took over an hour and they did not have a room ready when I checked in. They made us wait in the lobby over an hour then allowed other people to check in and get their rooms before us as we waited over an hour.
-
The size of the room and proximity to Old Town were good. However, the view was to the office building next door and our room did not get cleaned while we were there for 2 nights. The room and average breakfast were too expensive for what we got.
-
The air conditioning doesn’t stay on. The thermostat goes down to 64 but the temperature wouldn’t go below 69 which made it pretty warm to try and sleep.
-
Love everything about this place. The Staffs, Cleanliness, and Location. All Amazing.
-
Staff was great. Check in was on the 4th floor. Good location
-
The staff was fine but not always as helpful as they could have been. The rooms were great and the beds clean and comfortable. The shower floor needed to be cleaned but the rest of the place was great. It’s in a wonderful location so we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The airport is just 20 minutes away.

I loved staying at Cambria in Portland. The location was perfect; the rooms were spacious and clean. The pillows were really comfortable. The staff was excellent.

Convenient location and our room was very spacious and nice. Nice large bathroom, Veiw of the port. Valet was necessary to park in that area. While the young man working the valet was very nice and accommodating, we did have to tip him every time we needed our car.
