The property has a wonderful roof top oasis. Very nice to end your night around their cozy fire top tables.

Loved the sleek & modern look of the hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean. All staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance of the restaurants and shopping in downtown Portland.

Room was supposed to be ready at four and we got there at 10:05 and we had to wait until after five to check in.

Good points- the man on check in was lovely; the room was spacious and clean; the hotel is in a good location with a great brewery next door; the breakfast is nice. Bad points- the hotel sends an email a few days before your stay saying you can do valet parking for $40, or self park for $30. There is no self park option on arrival, only valet; The air conditioning in the room is loud!!; The gym is very small; The lady on checkout was less helpful and the itemised bill made no sense, albeit the amount we were actually charged in the end was right.

Check-in was very smooth and Zach was very helpful and kind. The hotel went above and beyond to make our 25th anniversary special. The property was clean and well maintained and within close walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants and shopping in Old Port 10/10!

Excellent location, incredibly clean, and overall a nice time! The live music outside on the terrace on Saturday night was an added bonus! They also have a great bar off the lobby.

They advertised a rooftop bar but it wasn't what we expected and didn't have any view of the ocean room was large location was fair
