The water pressure wasn’t the best and the pillows were pretty soft but other than that, it was a nice stay

Room and bathroom were very clean. There’s a decent size vanity to put toiletries. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only issue we had was that a couple times we returned from being gone for hours, and the room still hadn’t been cleaned; however, they immediately responded to our request for clean towels and emptied the waste basket for us. We didn’t think that the breakfast was very good. One day they had a fresh fruit assortment which didn’t taste very fresh. Another guest jokingly asked me if I thought the scrambled eggs were real eggs. They didn’t have any cream cheese for the bagels, and the muffins were the same every day. After two days we decided to have breakfast next door at Friendly Toast. It was quite good. Overall, our experience at the Hampton Inn was positive and the location is great to walk to shops and the piers at Old Port!

As long as you go knowing the hotel rooms are just ok and are prepared to pay for 5 star location you won’t me disappointed.

Excellent location, harbor view is awesome. Very comfortable bed. The eggs offered for breakfast appeared to be made from a powder mix, not appetizing.

It is a tired property but it’s in a great location. Good for one or two nights

I never leave reviews but warning - Do not use the horrific $40 valet. Upon arrival valet was awesome & wrote down we needed a 4:30am car returned. We scanned this morning to be sure to give them 30 minute like he recommended. Suddenly we got an alert no valet available. So we walk down to the lobby. 4 other people waiting. We waited 15 more min. No valet. The front desk person was awful. Refused to help. Sat there. Didn’t escalate. Finally I walked outside to look for someone again after we’d done this many times. I saw shoes in the dark valet room so I knocked. I saw movement. Then knocked again. Dude jumps up & turns on the light. He had been sleeping for an hour with a ton of people waiting. Then he panics, picks up 2 phones & asks room number & name & takes off. Comes back to give us keys TO THE WRONG CAR! Then others said we’ll walk take us to our car. He said he couldn’t find their car! What?! They took off & found their car faster. There’s parking right across the street. Thankfully GM did credit us back. But the customer service at the front desk not checking, not helping, just saying valet was getting another car & shrugging? For 45 min?!

Great location. Staff and hotel were great

The room is good. Not “wow”, just good. The bathroom is not modern, but ok. Problem with shower: only upper, and they don’t have a cap for that. The breakfast not bad. Usual as in mostly hotels. The parking (valet) is expensive. And you must wait about 30 minutes for your car. There are many parking lots around hotel and cheaper (20USD for day instead of 40)

Hotel was average at best. Price point was excessive for the hotel. Water stains on bathroom ceiling and woke up each morning extremely congested. Breakfast was adequate.

We really liked the location because you could walk to restaurants and to the water in just minutes. We also used the Valet parking which was extremely helpful. Even though this hotel is pricey for us, we are very happy we chose to stay here.

The room was clean and quiet and the beds comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the restaurants, access to the ferries and hiking along the beach park. We had a nice stay and would come again.

There was no airport shuttle and the breakfast was less than to be desired but the bed was comfortable and room was cleaned daily.
