Reviews
-
Great location for visiting Portland. Very walkable. Hotel room and common space was in great condition.

We used the Valet Parking, and through a mix-up with the ticket they gave us (the first one didn't work, so they gave us a second one) we were charged and extra Valet Parking fee for the two nights we stayed. But when I called today to clear that up, the person I spoke with was super pleasant and helpful: we figured it out right away, and within five minutes, she had issued a refund for the two nights that were charged by mistake. I really appreciated that! The location was also excellent - just a short walk to the main downtown area. I would definitely stay there again!
-
Clean room and lobby. Downside was the pool was cold for an indoor pool. Very friendly staff.
-
Great staff, good breakfast, easy access to downtown Portland. The walls were a little thin and you could hear people at night.
-
Great location to explore Portland. Facility was clean and well-appointed.

The hotel was clean, rooms were well maintained, and we had a wonderful staff of kind and helpful people! Our only complaint is that they don't have staff at the valet to assist with luggage, carts, and bags.
-
The location was perfect. Hotel was fine, room was ok. Bathroom was dated. The shower was old and water pressure wasn’t good. Beds were fine too. The breakfast was not great.
-
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located close to shopping and great dinner places.
-
Great location—everything was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Portland.

Close to everything. Free parking on the street overnight til 9 AM
-
Very nice breakfast options and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
-
shopping. Surrounded by amazing restaurants. Beds were comfy and it was quiet and peaceful. Great stay!
-
The hotel’s location is fantastic. Unfortunately the bed was a bit hard and the valet was not the best. It took anywhere from 5 minutes to 50 minutes to get our car.
-
Overall very good. I felt safe which is big deal for as a solo traveler. My only issue is the noise. I could hear a lot of opening and closing of doors, my room was right opposite of staff room and housekeeping room as well as fitness room
-
Room given did not have a working refrigerator. Changed rooms to another across the hall. Room OK, but air conditioning system is bad as it throws cold air directly onto the bed.
-
The room was very clean, staff was excellent and the breakfast was better than most hotels.
-
Clean room, view of construction area, adequate breakfast, dogs barking in hall, very walkable area. Both elevators felt shaky, were not working well. So took the stairs all the time.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. What we didn't like was the fact that the beds had no top sheets -- only a lightweight comforter. Our concern is that it didn't feel as hygienically safe to sleep with no top sheet.
-
We had a beautiful room with great view! Valet parking is a mess right now. overall would highly recommend.
