What really stands out for me? Is the excellent front desk service. I’m also very fond of the coffee in the lobby and in fact of the lobby in general. Rooms are decent well sized fairly.

Great experience. The front desk and valet staff were very helpful. The property is located in a nice location for exploring the Old Port. We will stay again.

The best part of this property was Maggie. She was who I met first and was so glad I did. She was super nice, always smiling, happy to do anything you asked her to do. She even left us a sticky note either points of interest to check out. Room service was excellent too I hated that I had to leave. Just a wonderful experience

Love the bar, and breakfast as well. No better place to stay in Portland.

This hotel is a great location if you are looking to see what Maine has to offer. Everything is within walking distance as well which is nice. I loved everything about the property, however the pool did smell a lot like chemicals.

Location was great - walkable to most everything we were looking to do Took a boat tour around the islands highly recommend The huge port building in front of our 3rd floor water view room
