Hilton Garden Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront

We did a quick overnight stay in Portland. Staff was friendly and helpful during check in. The room was clean.

We had a great hotel experience

We felt welcomed and had an easy time with parking. We enjoyed the coffee and free cookies and the lobby area was great for meeting our party. The location is also wonderful and we walked for tours, meals and shopping. Thanks.

Front desk staff and valets were excellent. Breakfast was good, but very expensive. $22 for 3 pancakes was a little ridiculous, even for a tourist destination.

I always stay at this property every time I am in Portland which is twice a year, it’s so close to all a wonderful experience that I enjoy, but most of all the staff is amazing and always welcoming to me and my family. This is my top choice of property to stay when I am in Portland.

The hotel location is perfect! Walking distance to everything. Staff was very nice. This was my second time at this hotel and I will stay there again on my next visit.

Great hotel location to various eateries and shop in old historic area. Hotel location was really good only knock was the slow elevator but that's all.

excellent location and GREAT front desk staff

What really stands out for me? Is the excellent front desk service. I’m also very fond of the coffee in the lobby and in fact of the lobby in general. Rooms are decent well sized fairly.
