This place was so dirty. There was so much dust and cobwebs collected behind the TV, random stains on the walls and curtains as well. Floors were not clean and the room had a very musty unpleasant smell to it. Would never stay again.

The floors were definitely not mopped, my feet turned dark from walking on them. The microwave was not clean, as there was oatmeal on the turning plate stuck on it… to be exact, it was cinnamon oatmeal as I could smell it when I opened the door. I only used the microwave once to warm a sandwich up but protected my food by my plastic wrapper so I guess no big deal. I woke up on the third day with an ant running across my phone screen. I guess it was better than roaches. I don’t know where it came from as I didint bring any food in, could be from the people that was below me as there was trash outside of doors for the three days I was there and someone had maybe groceries or food taken from the inside and left outside and there was strawberries… so I don’t know. I didint investigate. floor has some trash and popsicle sticks along the bedside floor, so that confirms the floors not being cleaned. Some of the plugs had no ability to plug in chargers, the counters looked a bit dirty. It was a bare based room. Price reflects quality of what was received. No WiFi password received as it was advertised available. The parking was gated which was nice. I didint stay in the room all day as I had some filming for work I was doing, but if I was to stay long term throughout the day I would be finding a new location

BOYO over booked the hotel and cancelled my reservation hours before I arrived. Never going through them again!!

This is not a place for families, very shady place.

I changed my reservation from two nights to one night. When I arrived, hotel management told me that my reservation was canceled and they were all full. What a dump of a place.

Not customer-friendly at all!

I arrived in 90+ degree weather. Upon arrival they demanded additional " rates fees and deposites" they also informed me they have a zero animal policy after I inquire about emotional support animals. I was asked to leave the premises after that. Bear in mind I did not have my service animals with me at the time. Also, I believe he started swearing as well as he said mader and something undeciphrable. I am sure mader is mother. Terrible excuse for humans

It was not at all pleasant

I’ve traveled all over the country, and this was easily the worst hotel experience of my life. Do not stay here! The shower barely got warm, and the toilet didn't flush at all. I asked the front desk to fix the issues or move me to a new room before I left for work, but when I got back after a long day, nothing had been done. To make matters worse, at 6:00 AM there was a complete blackout, and all the electricity went out for about an hour. I was going to ask for a refund, but the woman at the front desk barely spoke English, so I gave up.

The bedding was unacceptable. The larger bed had only a fitted sheet, a blanket, and a pillow—there wasn't even a top sheet. The twin beds were even worse, with only a mattress cover, a blanket, and a pillow. The room's overall condition was so poor. We were there all of 5 minutes. We decided not to stay at all. We immediately went back to the front desk and requested a refund, but were told we had to contact the booking company instead. We left without spending the night and will be disputing the charge with our credit card company. This hotel was nothing like what was advertised, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

First got to room...not a complete set of towels. Just a bath and rug towel. Ask for towels everyday of my stay, always had an excuse. Room never was serviced for the week.

I've only left a hotel room one other time in my life. Live flies (plural) in the bathroom, random marks all over the walls and counters of undeterminable source, a random vial of gross oil based "room scent" balanced on the top of the mirror, a stained chair. Didn't even check the bed because we weren't gonna stay but they gave us the wrong size bed. Requested a refund, was politely told no, said no problemand left anyway.

do not think about staying here! rundown extended stay for homeless. no amenities whatsoever. you have been warned.

We found a mystery brown substance tracked all over the floor in our room and soaked into the carpets! The bathroom was definitely untouched as well, it smelled strongly of feces the moment the door was opened! We found another big brown spot by the toilet & the toilet was *seasoned*!

Yes it was not clean. Needs to be remodeled, stained carpet, smoke smell, stained towels and lamp shades, stained chair.
